I just stopped in today not knowing what I really wanted for a vape device. I guit smoking back in August for a month and a half and then started again after a stressful situation. Upon telling my doctor he suggested I try a vape to get away from the real thing. I had electronic (21st Century) cigarettes back in 2016 - 2018 that helped me stay away from real cigarettes when my husband was diagnosed with cancer so it would help him with quitting if he didn’t smell them on me.
This time I went with the ECO nano / just chill suggested by Nicholas B. I have only had this a few hours now and really like it. I appreciate Nicholas’s help and was a great experience. I ended up with Hyde Tropical Nectar and like it a lot. I just couldn’t remember the other flavors I use to like. I must like the fruity flavors because of my fruity personality. 😂 Thanks again Nicholas. ✌😎👍

Picked up my breeze vape here because it's the cheapest in town. Russell helped me figured out what kind of brand and flavor I should get, he was really knowledgeable and professional!

I've never met a more wonderfully staffed store as this one. They are all very kind, and the more you get to know them they are a blast to joke around with. I would highly recommend going here for all your smoking needs.

The manager Nick was absolutely amazing! He was so polite, patient, and kind, I will drive past all other locations just to come in and see him.

I just wanted to write and say thank you I was new to the vape pods, Autumn was great she took the time to explain what I was buying and helped me find just what I was looking for. I can rattle some ppl asking so many questions but she answered everyone with a smile. Sweet there's still ppl with positive friendly attitudes.

Love all wild bills locations I shop for my cigars just a suggestion make things a bit cheaper and add more deals because people would buy cheaper stuff so they could buy more I would buy more if things where cheaper please make cigars cheaper again you guys raised the prices it is a little bit high

It's always SOMETHING with wild bills. They can never just appreciate customers. Their return policy is pretty much non existent, their "sales" always have some kind of catch, they don't give prices on the phone, I've had a few friends who worked for the company, and they all don't have much good to say about wild bills. Support local tobacco shops, don't spend your money with these clowns.

I bought a Yocan Evolve plus XL vape on April 11th & it quit working by April 18th. Tried to return it today and get a refund and was refused. Their policies and are not customer friendly. So buyer beware. The manager refused to return my 39.99 plus tax even with the receipt

Just Spent $120 on 2 glass pieces. We Had an accident after we left. I didn’t even get a chance to unwrap them before they shattered. Came back in, same day just an hour later and manager was willing to nothing to help, but took back my broken pieces. Didn’t give any money back or even try to replace the broken pieces with identical pieces that were in the store. No policy is posted in the store or on the receipt about returns on glass pieces. You would think, a new store in the community would do its best to help keep their customers happy. Won’t be back until this situation is handled properly. Such a disappointment and disservice. . I want what I paid for.
