Key Food Supermarkets

This Key Food store is very clean, cashiers are young but know what's they doing and all items are arranged nicely. Pricewise it is regular, not pricey, not cheap. I put out some picture so you can see what they got in some departments, maybe that will help someone. I used to buy non alcohol beer there,the price was cheap and noone else had it, now it's easy to find.

It is the closest grocery store to me and my favorite: it has all the basics at a great price; it has sales on nifty things, an organic produce section, and very nice meats and veggies because there is rapid turnover of the foods. The space is a little tight, but that's New York City, so that does not surprise me.

Well stocked. Well run, with a pleasant and accommodating management. HOWEVER......

SHAME, SHAME ON YOU!
Note: 7/19/23. Price of store brand one liter seltzer was just raised from $.67 to $1.19 per bottle, an increase of 77%!
Checked with Key's customer service and was informed that the price is set by the individual store owner.
There is absolutely no factor(s) that can justify such an increase. This is classic price gouging, plain and simple.

It's nice it's bigger than the key food on avenue z and West 2nd Street but personally I like the one on West 2nd Street better because all fruits and vegetables there are more fresh and you have more assistance

good store like everywhere else clean and shiny many employees know what they do and what is pleasant to buy in this store the prices are normal.

I come here sometimes. Should come more often. I like the place and people's atmosphere. Feels more America, than disrespectfully - depressive workers and food over cooking and toxic/smelly stores and streets at minor communities. The Key food store feels right. Very happy going for the feeling. Recommend.

Safe small area type shopping experience where you see common faces combined w/known neighborhood products. At good prices. Quality overall👏👏

Found everything I needed! Great supermarket for organic items or everyday shopping. Definitely better than the typical key food supermarkets. Not as friendly or superb customer service but they get the job done 👍

This key food establishment is a stable in our neighborhood. Extremely friendly and helpful employees, including the deli and cashiers. My mother shops here weekly, and raves about the deals.

Nice clean moderate sized store.. in fact I loved this store.. first time I was there.. unfortunately there isn't a parking lot..

Everything is fresh.all cashiers are nice.im a regular there.everyone is kind who works there.only thing people get confused wich lines to go too bcuz the stickers are not going one way down each line only vertical soo people try to get in line in front of you but kindly tell them the lines behind u.

The best supermarket I know clean and very well managed! The worker's are very accommodating the meat department has one of the best butchers in the world if you haven't gone to the supermarket yet you're missing out

Nice sales, clean store

Since they remodeled this place after hurricane Sandy I don't mind shopping here. Plus they have upped there inventory. Nice employees as well.

Just popped in to pickup milk, this place is nice and clean. 1st time here.

The employees are top notch. All the shelves are well stocked and the overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful.
