Best Buy

Best Buy has one of the best personnel in the industry. But there are not enough of them. It is a problem because layout of the shop is very confusing. I spent closer to one hour at that location looking for a very specific piece of equipment. It’s almost impossible to locate it yourself. It could be in video section. It could be photo section. It could be in vlogging or action camera section.. then after frustration, you try to find employee to help you - and it’s very hard to find one available. Once again customer service is superb. They are very friendly but it is almost impossible to locate small piece of hardware you look up on the website.

I had a great experience at the Best Buy . The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a lot of products in stock. I was looking for a new laptop, and they helped me find the best one for my son needs and budget. They also offered me a good deal on a warranty and some accessories. The checkout process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs electronics or appliances.

I went to best buy after a haircut so I ordered it while leaving haircut and it was ready within a hour of purchase. I even had time to go to 5 below 😂. It was in and out . Great customer service 🤝🏽.

Had previously purchased a vacuum cleaner with the three year warranty. Unfortunately the vacuum didn’t make it a full year and had to be replaced. Of course the model was discontinued but Best Buy refunded the full amount of the vacuum and we were able to purchase a better model that was on sale. It’s worth getting their warranty for what you purchase at Best Buy. Cheers

Very good story, good customer service and huge parking lot

I recently visited Best Buy in search of a specific product, and while I didn't find what I was looking for, I must commend them on their excellent customer service. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me.

Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by a helpful employee who asked about my needs. They listened attentively to my requirements and tried their best to guide me towards suitable alternatives. Despite their efforts, unfortunately, the particular item I was after was not in stock.

However, I want to emphasize that my disappointment was not due to any shortcomings on the part of the staff. They did everything they could to accommodate me, providing me with alternative options and suggesting other stores that might carry the item I needed. I truly appreciated their dedication and willingness to assist.

The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate the aisles. The staff seemed genuinely passionate about their work, and their enthusiasm was contagious. Even though I left empty-handed, I left with a positive impression of the store and its employees.

While Best Buy may not have had the specific product I was looking for during my visit, I can confidently say that their customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this store to others based on the friendly and knowledgeable staff who strive to provide a great shopping experience.

A big box electronics store. If it’s digital, you will find it at Best Buy. Prices are average, and the selection is phenomenal. There never seem to be a lot of employees around, but when you find them, they are happy to help.

I came to this area every month or so as a tiny kid I remember so much about this specific area there used to be a toys r us here I'm shocked and sad that toys r us closed but now it's back it was always fun coming here j come to this best buy and buy some tech like ear buds cases and you know the stuff this reminds me so much of growing up as a kid with toys r us I hope the big department store will come back

Since I came to NY, I always shoped at Best Buy. It's been twelve years now. Most of the time, we buy technical devices like phones, laptops, table computers, etc. We never had any trouble finding, what we needed. You can definitely find what you're looking at the Best Buy. For good prices. And great costumer service.
