First time in over 25 years I have had the pleasure of shopping a Home Depot with friendly, eager to help employees. Shame on the others, because this place proves it CAN be done. Four different associates went out of their way to help, either with exact directions or knowledge advice. And the cashier, Michelle, was terrific as well, saving us a lot of money by taking the time to offer us a store credit card. Store is huge and spotless with busy employees all over the place, and an extra large parking lot. Good job!

A lot of choices , good discounts , very stocked for holiday season.

Home Depot has forever been my go to choice when it comes to appliances and house needs in general. With a larger part of choices to browse, you will constantly find what you are searching for. The store is colossal with well disposed staff who keep the store exceptionally clean and continuously hoping to help others. Their staff are additionally entirely educated on the items, and assist with making my visit far smooth. Three unique partners made a special effort to help, either with definite bearings or information guidance. Bryan who stood apart the most helped me with the immense assortment of paints to browse, each with their own motivation, and assisted me with picking the right paint for my entryway patio. Cashiers are also very quick despite having large amounts of customers. Keep up the good work.

Always go to this HD, it is good, has almost everything. Great when they have those promotions, bought a lot of tool sets that way. Also good place to buy flowers and whatever you might need for your garden. If you are tax exempt make sure to know the phone number it registered to.

High recommended to look for Jeff, the millwork specialist, when it comes to getting help with selecting your doors and windows for your home remodeling. He is very professional, patient and would guide you thru the process. True treasure to the store.

Friday, not busy, good quality and service

Cropsey Ave Home Depot, had an easy experience. Young man at the customer service was nice and helpful. Love the lockers for pick up orders, they're outside the store and require a code which you get in a email, after entering code a door automatically opens up. Super easy and convenient.

Its very clean and the worker there r very nice plus if u ask them a question they will tell u where the parts u need and if they don't have it they can order item for u, even if they don't know what item ur looking for then the worker will look it up on there computer or even ask another worker to get what u need. Over all a very pleasant experience in home depot near coney Island.

Excellent care. The store was empty at the time we went. Patrick from appliance was excellent.

This home depo in my opinion is the best in Brooklyn. Very easy parking and a very large facility. The staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about ther job. I came in asking about new flooring for my office and got great information from a very lively and enthusiastic worker.

Good place to buy what you need to fixed for home 🏡, and this time is I disappointed with prizes up, but I know it's not their fault,

If I had a complaint it would be to get rid of the dude in the parking lot asking for money for the long island railroad. Very annoying

Curbside Pickup. 800 lbs of stone loaded with a smile. Waiting for me to park. Whatever the Home Depot is paying the staff at this location, double it.

Today I was in this home depot and I was amazingly satisfied with the communication with Benjie (Sales person) and Stanley (Assistant store manager)!

They are very responsive and professional in their knowledge of the range and are amazing at working with clients.

They gave me special attention, figured out what I needed, gave me professional advice and showed me an amazing level of service!

Good gardening center with plentiful varieties of plants at fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

The paint department staff are very pro. They were very understanding what I looked for.

Always come home with happy projects to complete. Best prices for sure
