The store is well put together and organized, which is appealing to the eye. Even my 2 year old son walked in and said wow its so nice in here and clean. Haha .. they have so much to offer, some great sales, clearance, and a toy section as well.

Me and my mom always loved JC Penney. The way they have their retail items laid out. Its always pleasing and we're always having a great time shopping.

I was trying to make a purchase the other day and my card was denied twice I was embarrassed for JC Penney for allowing this to happen all bc of a $132.00 missed payment. I have been a member for 39 long years. And Marcus and Colleen were trying to help me out bc on the other end they were not having it at all. And thank you Mr Matt for calling me back to discuss this whole situation that was uncalled for.

Parking. Sales lady was awesome. Found all I needed in kids department at really good prices.

Just left and had a great experience! My fiancé and I came in to get a watch for him for the wedding. Susan in fine jewelry was so helpful and patient. She obviously knew the inventory and stayed with us while he deliberated between multiple styles. We had a great time chatting and an overall fun time shopping for something that will be a part of our big day. 😀

Okay, so I have always liked JCPenny, and I went in quickly 🙃 but I was actually waiting outside that area for the annoying buses to take me to my job. The bus drivers aren't the most happiest in the early am, so....

Found lots of blouses and a pair of pants that I liked right away. Also my kitchen gifts.

I went to JCPenny today to look around but in the shoe section is very pricey. They have more variety to choose your shoe size wisely. The staff helped me out for any questions where to find where you looking for.

Realizing every store is short staffed, I must compliment the sales ladies working the womens dept in the SI mall store. They were so helpful both on the floor helping me find a size & cashier exchanging my shirt for the size I wanted. I had the wrong receipt and she looked numerous ways to make the exchange. They are ALWAYS this helpful.

JCPenney has always been my favorite store to shop at.

They have a big sale until April second because of Easter holiday. Today we went my wife and me to get her some dresses for the holiday. We arrives at 6:30 p.m. and they started calling for closure at 7:00 p.m. i think this is the new time after corona period. We get two dresses for her for almost 17$. Always good price with good quality and good customer service. Totally recommend this one at the island

I never knew that there was a salon in JCPenney. I tried it out and had a wonderful experience

Ordered items online for in store pick up and when I got to the store...there were 12 people in front of me with only one cashier...which had to leave desk to go pick up ordered items from another location....spoke to a supervisor and he got right on it. Put two extra registers at work and the line finally began to move. Satisfied with how they handled everything.

Went to the portraits studio last night. Danielle was the manager and photographer. She was great and very patient with my cranky 2 year old. I don’t know how but she managed to get some very nice pictures despite his tantrums. The photos were available online within a few hours which was much faster than anticipated. Thank you Danielle for your professionalism and patience!

I was very surprised when I arrived at JC Penny. The store was crowded. It hasn't been like this for years. Then I saw why. The prices were very reasonable for their products. I guess the new CEO has been correcting the problems the fro former one created. I will definitely return for products I need.

A wonderful store with unbelievable prices, you won’t find anywhere else, beautiful shirts and deals under $10; It’s my favorite store; I find here all that I need for clothing, I don’t need to shop anywhere else! Also Take advantage of the coupons too for more savings and of course pay off the bill one (1) shot so you keep the savings 😊🙏🏾
