Dollar General

Not one to give negative reviews to a specific store or its employees. Since this store is close I sometimes use it for convenience as it's the only place to buy "food" within 3 miles of where I live. From experience I applaud the workers for doing their best to keep up appearances. Lately though it's obvious they are understaffed and unable to keep the shelves stocked.

Sadly this evening 03~27~2021 this dollar general store at laketon/Smith,burned up a roaring rage of thick toxic black smoke then the fire took a deep breath of fresh air and blew seventy plus ft.
Flames up through the black sky. Praying for all!

The workers were very friendly. I walked in and a lady was mopping up the wet floors looking out for customers safety. The gentleman had a long line and not once seemed frustrated. He was very outgoing and a peppy personality. The lady did jump on register to help. Not a bad experience at all. Thank you for the great service!

Today about 9 a.m. I went into Dollar General the ladies that work this morning was so pleasant each one of them I saw three ladies they were smiling and laughing and talking whoever these ladies are this is the team you need the store looked very nice they were working on layouts I seen but it was okay I haven't been in a while but if this is the team that you have chosen to work at this Dollar General on Laketon you have done very well I just wanted to just leave a review if I can leave a bad when I can leave a great one when I see it thank you ladies I appreciate you PS just saying the way your employees are is the way the customers will come in and treat your store much better just showing some love keep up the good work we appreciate you young ladies

love them they always have the shelf full never rude ppl never i got in there at least 4 times a week i have a new born son and he runs out of wipes shampoo fast so good to know they are a few blocks away.

I just really like shopping for cleaning supply's, personals, diapers and all kinds of different things. They always have deals and markdowns on alot of things.Find little things for the kids. Usually don't have to spend a ton of money

I love this store but I think they may need new management. Things are not kept stocked and it's hard to get down some of the isles

I truly enjoyed the service I received while I was there. The woman was very kind and appropriate. I will return any time

I love the employees and even though theres always a long dreadful line they still serve you with a smile

Definitely going to be temporarily closed there until a new building is constructed. There was a fire this evening there, and it is a total loss. 😭

Spent more than a dollar due to the many useful items....stocked up for this virus of death going around!
