AT&T Store

We upgraded our plan here and have been working with Treasure. She is Great! Very friendly, and knowledgeable of the products and has been very helpful to us after the sale! We highly recommend going to see her if/when you’re looking for a new phone and carrier.

I switched to AT&T in November and the in home tech promised me a lower bill and a gift card. I kept calling him but no answer. I walk in AT&T Taylor and Dorian English saved the day!!!! I can’t tell you how patient informative and knowledgeable he was. He went over and beyond and helped me resolved all my issues: bill, gift card, and notated my account. Then he helped me do the auto pay on my account. Because of him, I’m keeping AT&T and truly recommend their service to my friends! Thank you Dorian for making my day and being so patient with me!

Dorian gave EXCELLENT customer service today! He was so patient and answered every question we had. He is very knowledgeable about the services and products. I would recommend him 100 times to anyone that need any assistance!

Went into this store all phone problems stressed out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The vibe was inviting and engaging. Mr. James Ewing came over to me asking how he can help. This man is an asset to this company. I am sure whatever company he works for he will be the shinning star. His pleasant personality not only calmed me down but helped me find the best options for me and my family. He even took the time to explain everything to my daughter on FaceTime. I'm not so phone techy. Lol. Absolutely superb!! I would highly recommend you go talk to this man about phone options. Thank you so much James.

So my dad popped in one day seeing that we need a upgrade badly, so he talk to John and he got a plan all setup for him, we came back to get the phone we got to instantly sit down and got right to helping us set up our new phones answered all our questions, the service it’s self or(company) had problem with our account and fraud someone had a account added on without my dads knowledge and John helped us right away with it and got it taken care of. It took some time but he had plenty of patience with us and even gave us water bottles while we were there very satisfied with his help.

I went into the store on the verge of tears from the frustration of being hung up on by customer service. Jonathan was extremely helpful with the several issues I had going on. Not only did he help me link my accounts and go over my bill with me explaining every detail, he also was very nice and patient with my children. I was going to completely cancel my AT&T services until Jonathan helped me with my frustration. Thank you so much for being so kind!

Michael was very helpful in trying to get me into purchasing my new iPhone 11 max pro. I really appreciate the effort he puts into his job. The way that he holds himself is very professional and his knowledge of the product was very good. I was in town for the week and noticed that I was able to upgrade my phone so I took it in the the telegraph AT&T store and he was the first to come up and ask what I needed help with. Very good customer service and above and beyond to do what is right to help the customer with what they want. Well done team keep up the good work!!!

Kathleen was awesome! Some of the best customer service I've ever had. She was very knowledgeable about everything. She even went above and beyond by putting my screen protector and case on herself soon as she took my new phone out of the box. Definitely recommend her if she's working and available.

Ryan was incredible helpful, we had some very complex issues with my account and trade in and he was very patient and took a lot of time assisting us to correct this issue. This employee solely maintained my business. I was ready to change carriers as my phones were all paid off. Outstanding service! Highly recommend this location and employee.

Long overdue review. Went in just before Christmas to switch over from Verizon. The supervisor Brandon (I may be wrong on the name) was hands down the BEST service representative I’ve ever dealt with. He got us the best deal around, the hook up on phones, and accessories, without trying to “force” anything on me. I made suggestions on what I was looking for and he nailed it. There was a small problem getting one of the phones but was not his fault. That’s what I get for ordering a phone a week before Christmas. It ended up taking almost 2 weeks to get one of the phones and the 2 cases I ordered, none of which was the stores fault. He kept me updated on everything and was very transparent on what was going on, not one did I feel I was lied to. Moral of my ramble is; if you need to go to an AT&T store, this is the one to go to. Also the other staff I had worked with were also very helpful. I don’t remember their names but they did their best to help as well.

Kathleen Love is a great employee. She is very knowledgeable in what products are available to the consumer. Very cheerful personality, always patient with whomever walks in the door. If you need a new phone, or any type of device service I highly recommend speaking with her.

The two in the store were really kind and courteous. Helped me with all my questions while working on the best deal for me as well. And didn't just try to sale me on the most expensive things (although thats what I got mostly).

I came into the Att store and worked with Cody and he was awesome. He helped me order my new S10s and explained everything thoroughly to make sure I understood what I was getting. He was very polite and delivered excellent customer service. I would recommend him and his store to anyone. Thank you Cody for all your help.
