Andrew was very helpful in transferring my old phone to my new! About 4 other people came in while he was helping me and he helped them all quickly while continuing to help me. Very great service from him today!

I had gone to the lake home to work for a couple days but I had forgotten my laptop charger. My friend told me that the Verizon store in town was awesome and to call them. Worth a try, rather than driving an hour and a half back home. I talked to Matt, he said perhaps they had something that could work. I went in, he did research to find out what would be a compatible charger and cord, and it worked! He was willing to help and was courteous and knowledgeable. Might be time to switch phone service to Verizon!

Over the last few years we've visited this shop with some out-of-the-ordinary questions (setting up an E-sim on a phone purchased overseas, getting temporary internet access at the lake, etc.), and every time the staff is patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to "corporate" stores in St. Cloud and St. Paul, and neither were as helpful as the Paynesville shop. Definitely do your business here!
