Wheatens of the Valley

Our family adopted a Wheaten from Carol in 2009, after a recommendation from a colleague. Our Wheaten just recently passed after 14 wonderful years. She was very spunky, yet sweet and playful until the very end. Our groomer commented on what wonderful fur she had and many strangers said that she was the cutest dog they’ve ever seen. Thanks Carol!

I have had many dogs in my lifetime and many experiences. Wheatens of the Valley has been the best breeder I have ever worked with. Our Louie is by far the best puppy ever! Carol coached us from the start. Her information was so valuable. They made sure the puppy was going to a good home with instructions that made the "new puppy" experience so much better. We can't wait to get Louie a little brother soon. Great breeder hands down!

We got our Teddy 13 yrs ago. He died of old age Dec 2019. He was a wonderful boy, never sick, never barked and loved every child, every person and people in nursing homes loved him. He trusted and wanted to play with all animals, friend or foe. He was a jewel and still grieving for him.

We got our boy Diesel from Bill and Carol on February 14th 2018. He has been one the the most loveable dogs that I have ever had. We found that everything that Bill & Carol had told us about the breed was so accurate. We have been told by our Veterinarian several times that we have a beautiful, healthy Wheaten. He is a pure lap dog that will be laying on my lap whenever I am on the couch or chair. He is full of love and wants nothing more than to please us constantly. He gets along with our Shihpoo male so very good. He is constantly so gentle with the little guy, true BFF"s

Our neighbors recommended this breeder 12 years ago and our wheaten has been a total joy. He has not had any physical or emotional issues and was great with our kids as they were growing up. I highly recommend this breeder!

They were really good at screening us to make sure we knew what to expect with a Wheaten. We will be going back once our house and Wheaten are ready for another puppy.

I would not recommend this breeder. I would suggest you look elsewhere. I have one of their females from a litter 9 years ago. She has had the following medical issues: allergies, pancreatitis, kidney disease, numerous cysts throughout her body (currently has one on her eyelid), and an extremely sensitive GI system. The issues with her kidneys and GI tract have required multiple trips to the vet, which are still ongoing. Its heart-wrenching to watch my dog suffer through so much. Seek out another breeder and ask for references.
