Myself and friends and family all have used PJ's for purchasing and maintaining appliances. We all got the best price around and Troy knows what he is doing when it comes to install and maintaining. I have him service my stuff in St Cloud and he's willing to travel here. They are dedicated workers and competent. Five stars.

Our old microwave died and PJ’s had one in stock and installed it the same day. They are great!

Horrible customer service ..was referred to go by others in town including my mother in law, THE OWNERS WIFE RACHEL treated me horrible with zero respect and marked up pricing from my mother in law and myself,per customer, only to tell me my family never purchased there.lie about price and my families , to hang up on me charge me $100 more for a washer that my mother-in-law bought a month prior and then they said she never bought it there. Called back after getting
hung up on by RACHEL FOR ASKING HER NAME IN REGARDS TO PRICING AND TELLING ME MY FAMILY NEVER PURCHASED . Only for the owner to answer and curse me out.

Called them to set up DirecTV box at a campground trailer site. They came out and ran the cable from the dish to the box. They could not get the box to work and said we needed a new box. We ordered and got a new box. They came back out to set up the box and couldn't get it to work. Said he would be back when he had more time. 7 weeks and several phone calls later, we still did not have our TV service. I finally called a different provider and they came out and had it going in about an hour. Very disappointed with the lack of service especially since I had already paid the bill to have it installed and never did get the service I paid for.
