Great experience! I was offered and familiarized with the Flu Shot Process and had an easy checkout experience! I think to make it EVEN better would have every store to be like this one!

I went to pick up my thyroid meds this past Sunday.. Drove to pick up window at 1:25. Pm. It was closed.. read the hours on the window says SUNDAY11-5:00 .. Im thinking we'll we're are they? Hmmm.. so I drive out front & park , go in.. As I get to the pharmacy the metal grate is slowly closing down . I'm still confused , I see a few workers back there& I ask "what's going on ? I'm here to pick up my meds". Also I was the only person in the whole store!! A female worker at pharmacy says" Closing for lunch break come back at 2 pm!! OMG I was shocked! I was actually at the drive up window before 1:30. & Just couldn't believe the poor & inconsiderate customer care! Terrible!

I have been in this store several times and the employees are the most helpful friendly people you could ever ask for! Including the store manager who is excellent. They are also very respectful to each other! You should be very proud!

I was very satisfied with the courtesy of the assistance from the associate that was there at the time. He was very courteous and helpful, patient and knowledgeable

I never experience a long wait inside or at drive-thru. Pharmacist is always pleasant. Seasoned technicians are always helpful and efficient. Not much interaction with store staff so nothing to add there. Prices are very high without coupons but that just means I do most HBA items at Walmart.

I was told by the automated system that I could puck up a med I need today. They told me 6:18 pick up...then when I went they said the couldn't fill it. Even though it met the time frame. This is a med I can't survive without. Then I got the rudest person on the world who got super combative when I tried to ask her about the discrepancy between what I was told and what they could do. They denied me the med..which I need daily. So now I have to walk 2 hrs there and 2 hours back to pick it up because they made a big mistake. Don't trust this place. The worker was super rude and misunderstood my concern as a personal attack that made no sense. Go to another pharmacy these people are clowns.

Long lines at check out. Extremely high prices for staple goods and the pharmacy section of ALL CVS pharmacies throughout the country cannot keep up with medication prescriptions demands.

I just got robbed. Purchased CVS brand Robitussin extreme. $8.99. Went to Market Basket and saw the generic for $2.99. C'mon CVS, $8.99 really!!
