CPR Cell Phone Repair - Salem NH (Formerly NH iPhone Repair)

Brought my sons Nintendo Switch in for a charging port repair,was quoted a price and told they would call if they would go over the quoted price. I was also told it would take a week to repair. 4 days later I got a call, I was thinking great more money, nope called to let me know the repair was complete. Picked it up and it was working like new. It's great to find fast honest service. Kudos to this store!

It was a good experience. I Brought my iPad 40 minutes before closing and they had it done the following day maybe in total hours was like six hours so they did a quick fast, even though I brought it in before the doors were closed. And I will be going back anytime. Any of my devices has an issue, so they get two thumbs up for me.

Let me tell you about A.J. When I arrived at the store, he was on a customer service call with a grieving mother who wanted to recover the last messages of her deceased daughter. He patiently, and professionally explained all that was necessary, and in terms simple enough for a non-technical person with very special needs. I was very impressed. He then helped me with my order pickup, and for good measure showed me how to obtain satisfaction from Apple for a bad battery. I am a very happy customer.

Aj was very friendly and super helpful. He repaired my phone screen in under 20 minutes and he provided me useful information regarding my phone. The repair cost around 189 dollars which I was happy with. 10/10 would recommend.

Walked in and within 5 minutes they diagnosed and fixed my iPhone charging port. They also quickly and swiftly replaced my cracked front screen and sent me on my way. Overall excellent experience and service.

Went in twice this month. First was my wife's iPhone ear speaker wasn't working. It just needed a good cleaning, all of one minutes and no charge! The 2nd time was to transfer data from one phone to the next (Android)... and he as outstanding. Well worth any money spent.

I brought my iPad to have the glass replaced. I was able to bring it in almost immediately. I made an appointment, it took slightly over an hour to fix. He was very pleasant and knew his stuff. He did a nice job. I would recommend NHiPhone Repair to everyone.

Making an appointment online was so easy with so many times to choose from. We got there a few minutes early and was told it would be done in about 30 minutes and it was. We are very happy with the new screeen for the iPhone

I destroyed my phone late on a Sunday , got to NH IPhone repair just as they were closing , said to come back next morning when they opened , I did they had a refurbished phone for me , came with a case , screen protector, charger and cord! Transferred all my data.
I don’t know much about phones but know they are expensive this seemed like a great deal, one year warranty also. Very nice store clean, area for kids to play, Complementary drinks ,seating area
All said and done in 2 hrs!

Absolutely love the people down at NH iPhone repair they are always so nice and out going and always meet there time lines for your stuff to be finished! They have fixed many phone screens for me and just today my iPad screen for my work. Prices are great and they take really good care of your equipment! I highly recommend!

I was told by a big-box “Squad” that my daughter’s iPad could not be fixed due to a software issue. I brought it in to NH iPhone Repair and Dylan had it restored, cleaned up and running like new in a couple of hours.

Very honest and knowledgeable. I researched prices and found them to be very fair. They called me right after I pulled out of the parking lot and told me that they forgot to give me an additional discount. I returned to the store and they refunded me the difference.
