This T Mobile, in Salem NH. Is one of the best ❤ in the North East Region!! They do a fantastic job 👍 in all phases of operations. From sales to service. They really are a Team!! 👍🏻✌🏻😉 Dream Team!! 😉👍🏻✌🏻look at those smiles, pleasant staff, friendly.very clean facility.everything is well organized. So if your in the market for a top of the line cellphone and, great reps. They'll leave you with a smile there knowledge is so good. All State of the art 5g phones,all affordable plans to fit your budget!!I've been with T mobile for 20 years. I won't be leaving any time soon.customer service is great, technical department fantastic. they'll make you pleased!! Plenty of parking plus handicapped parking spots, that's big.go treat yourself!!👍🏻✌🏻

I've been to this store at Tuscan 3 times in the last 2 months and each visit has been great. The first visit was to explore options when I was looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and left feeling well informed and not pressured. My second visit was when my husband and I went together a week later to officially switch our service over and upgrade our phones and they took care of everything for us . The third visit was today when my phone wouldn't turn back on after an overnight software update. Thankfully, they fixed it within a few minutes of me walking into the store with a hard reset (which I tried a few times prior to my visit but didn't have any luck). All of the team members I've interacted with during my visits have been friendly and knowledgeable, and I think this store is a great resource for T-Mobile customers in the area.

The environment was warm, friendly, and relaxing..Not easy to achieve..Dana Labadibi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, he showed me every sale/clearance item available...Without PRESSURE...he was a joy to speak with , easy to talk to . He explained so many questions that have been unanswered for years..
I can only highly recommend TUSCAN Village T-MOBILE specifically...thanks to the management displayed by Brendan... He watched every transaction and it showed. Bravo 👏

The ENTIRE T-Mobile team at the new store in Tuscan Village is completely amazing. I needed to upgrade my daughters phone and had the most amazing and hassle free cell phone experience ever. Every team member I met was extremely helpful and not ‘sales-y’ at all.

Honestly I am going to miss Noah and team - might just have to go back sooner than later to upgrade for the rest of the family!

My wife and I Carolin. I waited my turn and I noticed the line that I was in for this young girl had all the answers and I was thinking to myself wow she really knows her stuff. So I waited patiently in line for her. Finally my turn she was courteous,helpful and the 1,200 I spent on the phone. She made this transaction less hurtful. I asked her are you the manager her reply was no. Why is she the manager? I'm going to be honest with you. She answered all my questions, set my phone up, transfered all my data, she helped me set up autopay and tbh I didn't mind the upsetting she helped me saved over $300 because of her I decided to spend an extra $300 dollars because she was that good. I was telling my wife that the level of service she gave me. I wanted to say Thank you and I'll like to post a question for you why doesn't she manage the store? Shes your best asset . Angel….. has the perfect name! I apparently made the mistake of switching over from Xfinity to T-Mobile on the phone. Received my SIM cards and completely was misinformed about all! I spent over 2 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and became so aggravated I hung up after being transferred to 5 people! I decided to go to the new T-Mobile at Tuscan village. With 3 phones, a wifi device and the SIM cards I had received. Angel was cool and collected and helped me through every single step. Within an hour and 20 min including my wait time all my phones were connected, working, phone numbers transferred and it caused me no stress at all. He informed me that the customer rep I originally signed up for misinformed me of two major things, one I don’t qualify for the emergency responder discount working in healthcare. And two one of my two phones the galaxy s22 wouldn’t be paid off from the switch plan I did. I have to call 611 again and fight with them regarding this but he already made notes in the account and I have three working phones!!! Thank you for making this so much easier. Never again will I deal with T-Mobile on the phone but I will gladly go see angel and the other staff at Tuscan village in salem NH

We had the best experience ever at the new T Mobile in Salem NH in Tuscan village. We were upgrading 3 phones . We truly expected to be there for hours.. not the case at all!
We were greeted at the door with a smile and our name taken. Noah started to see what we came in for, one of the phones we needed was not in stock, Noah went to another nearby location right away to get that phone for us. While he was gone Gio took over, he was pleasantly friendly and professional. He did all the data transfers and had our phones ready to go, including the one Noah had gone to get. He educated us on the new phones made sure everything was working correctly. This trip to T Mobile was an unexpected pleasure! We were only in the store for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Angel is great! I went there twice and called to try to switch over from xfinity to T-Mobile. He said up front it is a pain and he wasn’t wrong. But he was great. Sometimes he was helping 2-3 people at a time, answering the phone, and calling other stores for a customer. I would definitely go back to if I had any problems!

Samantha, the rep that helped me at the store, was PHENOMENAL! She was very professional, efficient, and so nice about everything. If it weren't for Samantha, I probably wouldn't have been able to get my new iphone and service with T-Mobile on my birthday. She deserves a raise or a bonus or something nice! I usually don't write reviews because of my busy schedule, but she exceed my expectations so much it's only right to write a review for Samantha. Thank you so much Samantha for the great expertises in welcoming me into T-Mobile!

I went to this store over the weekend to get a nano SIM card for my new Nexus 6P. The staff was very helpful and genuinely friendly, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I went with with my dad, and when we walked out we both looked at each other and said "Wow, they were really nice, wish service was like that more often." I don't usually post reviews for stores, but this was an unusually good experience. Props to Dana who helped me out, and the girl who was going to originally (sorry, I can't recall your name!).

Yairy was the best! Wow! Solved all my issues and sold me on such a great new phone! Props to TMobiles management. Great job training your employees! Best 5G Network so far! EVERY STATE?! Yes! 🌐 ✌ 💪💪💪👌👍😂

Went in and talked to Christopher. I was having issues with my login and turns out my account was locked. He was able to make a call and get it all cleared up for me.

Some, if not many staff members of T-Mobile retail stores provide invaluable and important insight to enhance user operation of their current phones and to decide if new equipment may be desirable. Thank you!
