I'm so sorry to see they are closing. This was my very 1st "go to" vape shop back when it was Ms Binky & Son. My first visit I didn't buy anything I came in with a problem with my MOD. Ms Binky fixed the problem gave me a quick but thorough tutorial and I left... But that visit and that experience kept me coming back.. Great memories and laughs. great service. great people. I wish you guys success in your future endeavors.

I stopped by the other day as it was my first time in the store, Brayden was so helpful and understanding. He went out of his way to help me out. Unfortunately you don't carry what I was looking for, but Brayden helped me find website that are semi local based that has what I'm looking for! Best customer service I've ever experienced!

Great stuff. Customer service are great and always there when you need help. Friendly approachable workers. Welcoming environment. Always get a hi and hello' s upon entering the store. Interesting lounge. Tons of juice flavors, if you don't find the juice you like they always have other juice to try. They have always movies playing for customers who are staying longer than an hour of stay. They also have video games for gamers and vapers who come and go.

Very convenient location, lots of parking close to my neighborhood. Beatrice was very knowledgeable in vaping and nice individual overall. I highly recommend there shop to any new customers. Family like atmosphere will be a returning customer for anything us I need.

Winston is amazing!! Very knowledgeable, very kind, very honest about giving disclaimers. He dotted every I and crossed every T!! I recommend this pace as this is my first and last Vape store I will go to as long as he is there!!

Excellent staff , hands down. Had a vape pen that wouldn't charge and my man Winston helped tremendously ! He recommended a variety of choices. I settled on one that fit my needs perfectly. I was impressed with his knowledge and NON pushy attitude for a higher priced item that I didnt need. Well played Winston, ...well played.

Ran out of juice and found these guys on Google, wasn't far from my office in mitchellville. Unlike many vape shops I've visited the guys were at the ready second I walked in the door. Astounding customer service, great selection, extremely knowledgeable. Price was a little on the higher side than my regular shops but juice quality is worth the price. 5 stars, will visit again next time I'm in a bind.

They care about their customers. First time I went in there I was looking for a particular device. The man at the counter said that they didn't sell that brand. As I was leaving he offered that there was another shop close by that did sell what I was looking for. For a person to send a customer away is one thing, but to give a referral to a competitor it's above and beyond. I will be back.

Great experiece! I didn't have much time to stay. The short time I was there I obtained more information about my own rig that the gent that sold it to me from another shop. I will support them.

I've been to a ton of local vape shops since I moved here a couple years ago, and this is the best of them all! I got help with my coil emergency - above and beyond the call of duty - and had a lovely friendly chat. Go to Binky's - the shop is clean, masks are required, they are incredibly welcoming, AND they know their vape gear! Thank you, Binky's!

The best vape shop in the DMV Mrs. B is the greatest, Winston is my go to dude. Great quality, excellent selection, awesome atmosphere, with knowledge that's second to none. I have found my permanent vaping shop.

This is my home base vape place. Large selection of juices, great customer care, will help with almost any issue or question you may have about vaping/products. Large bar for samples and lounge area for chilling/relaxing/gaming. So got check it out! I promise you will very pleased.

The staff has a wide variety for devices and a massive amount of flavors! Even let customers try the upcoming flavors and vote on them!
