Customer service was great Ms Linda was very helpful and courteous with my shopping experience for the items that were not in stock gave me a raincheck with no problems will recommend but I didn't like the procedure are were the salads and vegetables are for it's not kept up right

Ready to get in and out of parking lot, good selection and easy checkout at lunch time.

A big enough store with a wide variety of goods and services at competitive prices. I always enjoy shopping and am still satisfied with my purchases. When you shop around like I do you'll know there's no on stop that caters for all needs. But once you know what is offered at different stores then satisfaction is almost guaranteed at each shop.

It's an ok giant. Some of the workers are tasked nice. They'll help you load your groceries if you need help. Stores got stuff. It just smells a bit weird.****Edited*** I wanted to edit this review to include these photos. Giant it's a great store and the money saving gas is such a good idea during these hard financial times! Thanks giant. Gas was $2.21 and I paid $1.46 per gallon. And I filled my car up with 17 gallons for $25.

Great fruit, close to my job. The ppl know my mom cuz she goes there a lot and they are friendly.

I own property in Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Wood Hills ... There is (not) a grocery store in Los Angeles that is as well stocked ... clean ... organized ... or ran by people that are anywhere near the genuine friendliness that I experienced everytime I visit this Giants Grocery Store... and the very best part of it to "me" personally is that is it (completely) staffed by my beautiful people of Color ...

This Giant is in the next city that borders our city and just stopped by for a few things while eing out runningerrands. Not having been in this particular store I was Amazed on everything in the store. Well stocked and plenty of inventory. Clean and tight as well as staffed with people that at the moment seemed to be on point. So saying that we will be traveling just a little further to go grocery shopping. Thank you Lanham Giant

The manager was awesome. This was Sunday night and Giant was closing. The manager was kind and patient.
There was a customer who was giving her a hard time pulling the "I'm a customer" card🤔
How can you come in at the last minute and those employees have been on their feet six 6am(I heard someone say this last night) and act as though you are the one that is being done an injustice?🤔
Then when the manager announced that they were closing he says, you want to argue or let me pack my groceries?🤔 Then he goes on to say..I'm a customer. It was like he was someone and a customer used that line and he could not wait to for the camera ma to shout, ACTION!
Anywho kudos to the manager. She handled it well because I would have had some choice words for Mr. Customer.

Great place to shop for groceries. I like the fact that the food is fresh, and there are many items that I can't find elsewhere. They always have what I'm looking for. Kudos to the meat department. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Has more cookie dough flavors than most grocery stores.. closest place I could find Snickerdoodle >.<

This Giant my local preference. Been coming here for over 20yrs. I know the layout very well, so it makes everything easy to find. Never any issues, unless it's a holiday/weather-related rush and things are a bit all over. I've tried curbside once, good experience. Overall my #1 location.

The people that work there in security their friendly and nice stores always clean and always find everything I need or want even things I don't want my grandkids love the toy section and the candy section that's their favorite I love Giant

Very Clean and well managed store has several self check out lanes which I'm usually not a fan of but are run very efficiently staff always bags items immediately at the end of belt.

Never long lines always in & out very friendly staff. Out of all the Grocery stores in this area this Giant is well maintained and flows the way a grocery store in a highly populated area should be.

Many stores in this area are either understaffed or mismanaged they should all look at this store.

I'm from Bronx NY i have never been in an empty Supermarket at 12pm. I love it was able to get everything I repeat everything on my shopping list.

The employees are very nice and always helpful. The produce is always fresh and they have the best looking meats but the deli is too high. Great store I'm there a couple of days a week.

Well stocked location with large selection of specialty foods such as vegan and gluten free. Lines moved thru well compared to other locations.

Yesterday at Giant Food Pharmacy in Lanham a young man name Terranle Ponds made me remember how good things used to be back in the good old days. it was very busy there and he control the front desk by himself. Although it was very busy and he was the only one at the front desk he was very polite and informative. To me it look like he was doing 2 or 3 people jobs. Good job Mr. Terranle Ponds, as long you are at the Giant in Lanham MD that will be my Pharmacy of choice

As a blackhawk merchandizer, I was so please that the front of the store Supervisor helped me to see if we could locate a Valentine display for candy and gift cards. Unfortunately we couldn't find it but least she stepped away and went to receiving with me. I truly appreciated her assistance.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Wonderful selection of produce. Found especialty fruits like jackfruit, starfruit, Meyer lemons, fresh green coconut (but I didn't see any sweetsops). Hubby gets the organic celery there. I got my ez pass there as well. At the counter discounts were also applied. We'll be going there again. Thank you, Giant!
