Robert and Kevin were exceptional with customer service assistance. No other phone Company has ever been so helpful at 463 Market St Elmwood ParkNJ. I want to stay with this store and company because of them. Thank you so much.

Switched from T-mobile to AT&T. Frankly, I went to a few other AT&T stores, but none of them were as good as this store. I’m glad I met Kevin in this store. He is very patient and helped me with everything. I will definitely recommend this store if you are looking for great customer service.

Kevin and Gino were great at helping my boyfriend and I figure out the best plans for us. They were very knowledgeable and tool the time out to fully explain all the offers they had in store and the different products they had in stock or could order. My boyfriend was able to easily transfer his number over to his new phone and I was able to purchase a new phone and transfer my number over as well. We really appreciated all of there help.

Came for a trade in, Robert helped me out very professional amazing customer service and quick. The store is very neat and clean and the soft music takes the stress away in store. I highly recommend this location for all you cellphone needs.

I went into the store to get a cell phone case. I had the pleasure of having Stevens assist me. He was so friendly and kind. It's so refreshing to see that there still is great costumer service in a time that it very hard to find.

Do you ever want to go to a store and be talked to by an actual human? Not someone who just wants to make a sale? Well I can GUARANTEE you that the team here will do everything they can to make ANY transaction easy. I just switched back over and the rep I was working with, Ryan, was great. Made it smooth and answered all my questions, even where I wanted to eat. All in all, if you’re not going to be disappointed. 10/10

Greg was extremely helpful. He was able to make recommendations based on my individual needs. He was attentive to detail, and explained each aspect of my monthly bill clearly. I felt that Greg was actively trying to keep my bill low, without pushing more expensive options. He made the experience of getting my first business phone line significantly less intimidating. I would recommend him to anybody that asks!

I wasn’t around to help her when she was getting it but upon getting to the store to make sure she was ok I was surprised to see her in such capable hands. They were extremely patient and helpful with her learning how to use her new iPhone and she’s been playing candy crush non stop ever since. Great service and just awesome people.

Greg helped me get a brand new phone and a new unlimited plan for way less than what I was being previously charged by Verizon! My family heard about it and they got a plan too! Only a few days and I can already tell the phone service and internet are 10X better! Tremendous service from Greg and the team and At&T in Elmwood park!
