My son loves the seafood and the fact that they will steam it for him. Always great prices on steaks. Every time I go in the store the clearance section has something I need that I wasn't even aware of. Lol. The lines are always long but move pretty fast... self check out was backed up about 8 people long.

This pharmacy has some of the best customer service. My Rx refills are almost always ready ahead of schedule & they keep me updated if something is on hold.

Nice store with a good selection of fresh vegetables, meat and standard grocery items. We stopped here a couple of times while visiting the area and were quite happy with the experience.

It was my favorite place to buy groceries but now it's Fred Meyers in Fairbanks Alaska.

Have been shopping at this location for a long time, never have had issues. Went inside recently for a few things (instead of pick-up which is my usual preference), and the cashier was friendly. She was fast with checkout and bagging groceries. The produce section was looking nice, as well as the meat and seafood.

Oatmeal is real not geo from what I have tasted so far and meats I am sure are from real cows not a scientific hybrid somewhere...Breads I am sure are fresh without mold or fungus settlement and the potato salad that are in tubs taste JUST LIKE MY GRANDMA USED TO MAKE FROM 70 ERA! Thank you

Miraculously Awesome late night staff!!! We had an Instacart order that came in late. Kroger closes at 11. We got there at 10:30. Had 30 min. To get 45 items. Kimberly helped right off w dairy items. Isaiah jumped in on grocery items while kindly reminding us store closes soon. They helped us get last 2 items. Then Anita from front end waited patiently w a pretty smile til we scanned and bagged it all up. These 3 stood there patiently as we left and told us to have a great night. The crew here acted exceptional even tho we kept them almost 30 min past closing
Any other store in Lynchburg would have been irate. Thank y'all so very much!

Fantastic, friendly staff. Have been in a few times since moving and have always been pleased. The other day when I went in, I went to the check out line and had three staff members helping me. It was a great example of the store going above and beyond for their customers. Big shout out to Joseph, Joseph and Christani!! Thanks for the speedy and laugh filled checkout.

Friendly people they have everything I need and the fuel center is always the cleanest

Love love love Kroger's stores.. Always clean.... most of the employees are awesome..... great deals, sales, meats are always fresh and stores are very clean and well stocked... Not to mention the free Friday download every single week. Tonight I only spent $60.66 and saved over $56... You can't beat it.....

They did a great job in helping me get my new Kroger Plus card.

Good customer service

I love when the guy is there doing the samples. He is super friendly and convinced me to buy lots of quality Kroger products. I know Lynchburg is kind of a lackluster town but every time I go in and get a sample it makes my life worth living. 5 stars

I shop here all the time, I have never had any issues with anyone who works there, place is always clean, the people who work real real early in the a.m. like 330 - 400, are very friendly.. Only down fall about the whole place is no matter what time of day or what day of the year it is, summer, fall, winter, or spring, you might want to bring a jacket, it's like an ice box in there.

Best grocery retailer in town!!!! Just today I got approximately $180 worth of groceries, but I only paid $138 after coupons and store sales. Love the selection and the prices. Couldn't ask for much more.

Cordial, polite, eager to assist in any way they can. I had a glitch at the Service Desk and the Service Desk Attendant "worked her magic" and Viola! I've had nothing but good experiences at Kroger.

I love it!! There is a worker named Allen and he is AMAZING! ! He will help with anything needed when me and my mom go. He shows respect to customers even when they are difficult.
