I came to this store they have great customer service and fast and friendly employees who help get what I need done every time I come in they have all kinds of services from notary to packaging and printing great location even though there’s not a lot of parking the employees are the best at this location in tending to my needs thank you to everyone on this team .

I am a first time customer and do not live in the area. I used them to PU, pack and ship a delicate and valuable auction item from Rago Auction to Chicago.
I cannot speak to the negative reviews, as I did not personally interact with anyone here.
However I will say that they did an *exceptional* and *amazing* job at packing and shipping my item. It was actually packed “beautifully”. They quoted me a very fair price that was much better than another local UPS store. They even accepted my AAA card for a discount which I really appreciated.

I would not hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them highly. A++

I usually never write reviews but for this UPS store in particular has the most responsible and caring employees. (A+) They are very professional and helpful. It is very easy to send out a package through them and the packages arrive at their destination at a reasonable time. I am constantly using them to send out packages and have never had a complaint. Very quick and efficient.

This kind worker who helped us was very sweet and helpful. She was very quick yet still kind.

Process was quick and painless. Store was empty so got in and out quickly.

A wonderful man named Terry was so helpful. Helped us with an awkward package helped us pack it and get ready for shipping. So nice!

All the staff are really helpful and overall very polite! I come here often for mostly returns and haven’t had a bad experience.

I have no idea why this place isn’t rated 5 stars! I ship for a living and have been to many stores. The UPS store in Flemington is hands down the absolute best one within 20 miles! They are quick, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I would give them 10 STARS if there was an option to do so. You guys and gals are awesome!

This place can get very busy especially now that the Clinton store closed so be prepared to be in a line for a bit. Some days the number of packages you will see stacked up behind the counter is just unbelievable. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. They work very hard to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.

Favorite UPS location to go to. All the employees there are so friendly and helpful. Ever since the Clinton store closed they have been busier and yet always get their customers in and out of the store with ease

Update 3/30: Still the nicest fastest staff. The guy today had a line at 810am but he politely and quickly assisted everyone. Always so friendly and helpful. Wish my UPS store in Pennsylvania was as nice.

The UPS store in Flemington did a fabulous job on printing my invitations, programs, and a ton of other things for my daughters Bas Mitzvah. The owner, Eric, was so great when I kept changing things and really made sure that I was completely satisfied. Friends recommended this UPS store because the owner was so great and I am so happy they did.

I had an issue with a package not reaching its destination. The owner of the store dealt with the matter personally and was able to get everything straightened out in a timely manner. You can trust this store and its owner to do the right thing. I used to ship everything USPS but with their recent price increases the UPS store has proven to be about 20-30% cheaper than USPS.

I just moved to the area. I have been to this UPS four times in the past two months and have had wonderful, prompt service each time!

It is very convenient. Close to home. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
