Tournament Housing Services (THS)

Booking the hotel was easy. We stayed at the Westin hotel right next to the venue.
It made it so convenient for the three days of the tournament.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Parking at the hotel seemed a bit outrageous, like $40 a day but parking anywhere in Boston is expensive.
Good size gym.
The pool and hot tub were nice.
A lot of kids utilizing them every time I went but of course there would be since there was the volleyball tournament.
My only complaint would be that the shower did not have the greatest water pressure.

Booking online was easy for me and the process made sense and the language was plain and easy to follow. Even with that, I realize people can still get lost and as a Team mom, I fielded some questions from the team about the process. I immediately called customer support who all were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They all answered my questions and provided excellent customer service even during a snowstorm that made it difficult to communicate. I appreciate the kindness and compassion. It came through in all the communication I received from the representatives I spoke with.

This was my first time using THS and I was amazed at how easy it was! The website navigation was intuitive and it provided me with all of the details I needed in a clear and easy way. I absolutely love the back-end features to make sure my team all reserved rooms. I was able to edit an email address error and I could re-send out the confirmation email to specific people or to my entire team. I would recommend using THS for all of your sports tournament hotel room blocks!

Super easy. Super clean. Very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Price was perfect. Could not have worked with a better company to book a hotel for our team! Their customer service is unmatched!

THS has been fantastic to work with. They have been more than accommodating for my daughters volleyball team. The housing is affordable. And the customer service is excellent! Thank you THS for making life easy for this busy volleyball team!

Using the THS site made booking for our tournament 1000x easier. I was able to not only find the hotels that were close to our location without having to map out all the details, but we received a large discount by booking through THS! I went ahead and did some cross referencing and the rates are even lower than anything I was able to secure with my elite status and points at our hotel. Super happy and wish we could use THS for all of our Volleyball Tournaments!

I stayed at Sheraton, Keystone Crossing. It was very accommodating I loved that it was connected to the mall. They are very hospitable. I was greeted with a cookie and the next morning they offer muffins and coffee in the lobby. And I loved that checkout is at 12

Booking our teams tournament rooms with THS was really easy. The booking platform was clear and intuitive and I like the feature that allowed me to share the booking link directly with families to reserve their room within the block. When I had a question a member of the THS team was really quick to respond to my email and also called to follow up. Excellent service, thank you!

THS always has a good variety of hotels to select from. They were able to secure a couple of additional rooms for the block of rooms that I needed so that my daughter’s team could all stay together for a soccer tournament in 2 weeks. I recommend THS.

THS customer service is top notch. I had reservation questions and my concerns were promptly and personally addressed by John. I appreciate the accommodations THS offers for our team travel needs. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

The rates were excellent with THS! The booking periods, ability to revise our stay, and closing dates were reasonable as well. The properties were also quality hotel groups who were ready to accommodate our teams needs and gathering spaces. Would definitely use again.

Amazing experience. I was unable to get a room within our team block and when I called to inquire the lady was soooo helpful and gave me directions on how to book once the deadline had ended! I Ended up getting a room and didn’t have to pay triple for the hotel if I booked on my own!

Our hotel was great! But better than that was that ths negotiated a clause in our contract so if we didn’t go to finals and needed to stay the extra day we wouldn’t be forced to pay for that day. Otherwise we would have been stuck paying for a day we didn’t need.

Customer service was great. Very patient and understanding throughout the conversation. Though a nerve wrecking time for me as a coach to block rooms for my players, the customer service representative was truly amazing walking me through the process!

Working with THS has been so great. I was able to book my rooms for an upcoming tournament with ease. I received plenty of notifications regarding my upcoming stay and tournament information. Making the hard part easy always makes me feel good when planning for trips. Thank you

Was you are provided the team code finding hotels, with map location feature is a breeze. You know exactly how far you are from the venue and plenty of pictures and amenities for the hotels are listed. It is a very thought out and planned format for booking online.

This company, THS, is certainly the best I have worked with and I have worked with others and none are as caring and efficient as this company. Now that I have experienced THS, I am always disappointed when I am required to use other Housing services for other Volleyball tournaments. I worked with Deborah who was very efficient and understanding. She understood my current limitations and worked with me to to get a room that worked.The other services could care less about any disability or handicap whether temporary or permanent. This company took the time to work with me, emailed back and forth, gave me options and showed concern and caring throughout. This company took time to share other info about the area, the parking facilities, etc. While the other serevices i am forced to use pretty much are yes, no and goodby. I have to wonder why other tournaments would use the other Housing Services when in my opinion, there is no comparision with this company and the other companies. I am so thankful for the assistance I received from this company, and would recommend all tournament directors give them the opportunity to show how much classier they are!

Site is incredibly easy to navigate and filled with tons of information. Reservation confirmation was delayed so I reached out to their customer service team and they were amazing!

Once we have our Team's link, it's a snap to share with the parents for them to book their room. Love the simple.
