American Eagle & Aerie Store

Daverion, Yve, Moses, Qwayvon, I went shopping at this location and instantly was greeted. They made great educated suggestions and checked in on my multiple times in the fitting. They were helpful in finding sizes for me and my son. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE needs to be recognized. Kudos to the manager in charge for exceptional staff.

Iggy and George are amazing! Super helpful with positive attitudes helping me around the store! AE is lucky to have these 2 in the store :) I would def come back just because they made the store have such a great vibe!

The staff is very helpful. I ordered some jeans and shorts online, and online it’s a hit or miss if you don’t know your size. I went to return my purchase at store in aventura , and the employee by the name of Julian was super helpful. He went to look for my right size in shorts and he honored the price I paid for online. I left super happy.

This past Veterans Day, I received exceptional help at the cashier desk by a man (which I had failed to get his name) it was early afternoon I believe. I was looking for a pair of jeans with a particular size, color and fit and I was also returning a pair I had bought online. He returned those and when we couldn’t find the one that I wanted in store, went in the AE website and purchased one with my credit. He went the extra mile there cause he could have easily just returned the jeans give me credit and told me to do that myself.

I love getting my intimates and sleepwear from here!!!! The clothing is so trendy and affordable. The sales reps are also very helpful and often check on you intermittently as you shop just to make sure everything is okay. They also cater to a variety of sizes even though the store tends to appeal to teenagers. Everytime I visit the mall Aerie store is a must!!!

My daughter and I absolutely love American eagle jeans. We always find cool, pretty, fitted jeans every single time we go. Also staff at this location are very helpful and kind.
