Let me start by saying Josh and Derek are AWESOME! After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.

These guys are great! Very helpful when I went to trade in my super old phone and no hassles at all! Much better than the knuckleheads in Roxbury!!

Monty helped my whole family and was so patient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend

My mom and I were lucky enough to have Erwin assist us. He did an awesome job and was very informative. He was personable and spoke to us of all of the deals and options for a new phone! If you go to this location, ask for Erwin!

The store staff is absolutely phenomenal. Erwin was especially patient in helping me while I was waiting for a replacement phone under warranty (Verizon did not "ship the replacement overnight" like they had promised until a week and a half after I placed the order). The staff did not mind my beloved yet crazy children running around the store for 3 hours while I figured out what was going on with the replacement (I eventually just bought another phone--being without a phone was not how I wanted to spend my 1-week vacation). I'm going to be using this store from now on for all my Verizon needs.

It was fairly crowded when I entered and one employee suggested I sit. I believe the manager, walked over and attended my cellphone problems. He was thoughtful, asked relevant questions and as he worked he explained his plan, the corrections and "left no stone unturned." As he finished, he noted my data usage plan and suggested an upgrade that would not increase my monthly payments. Couldn't have a better experience.

So I had so problems that needed to be resolved with Verizon. It was very complicated to handle over the phone, but when I came to this store, the manager “Berto”, helped and made the entire process surprisingly easy. Not only was he knowledgeable about how to handle the matter at hand; he also showed compassion, professionalism, and managed to get things done smoothly!

What a great experience! My phone wouldn't connect to my new car. I was immediately greeted by Sam, who came out to the car with me to see what the problem could be. He found something unexpected and brought me back in to see Billy, a technology wizard. Between them, they diagnosed the problem, recommended the fix and got me on my way to connectivity all in under a half hour. Very impressed and pleased. Good job, Verizon! Your people are awesome! Huge thanks to Sam and Billy!

I signed up with Verizon prepaid wireless phone service at another Verizon store. When the phone was damaged I went back to replace it.

The store refused to help me; they said I would need to switch to a more expensive plan and buy a more expensive phone. Another Verizon store told me the same thing.

I went to Rockaway Mall to the T Mobile store to switch since Verizon was not working out. Before going in to T Mobile I noticed a Verizon store on the same strip. I went in just to see if they would help me and that is exactly what they did.

They explained how I could buy an unlocked phone and keep my current plan; they offered to connect any Verizon compatible phone.

I bought the phone, came back, and a rep named Larry, aka "The Man," transfered my sim card, my apps, and all other data to the new phone, and I was set.

I will be coming back to this store from now on so that Larry, "The Man," and his equally helpful and outstanding colleagues can help me with all my wireless needs.

This is a great store with respectful, professional, and honest staff who really go the extra mile for their customers; I highly recommend it.

Made an appointment online, was greeted by a friendly employee upon arrival. Then worked with the Business manager Murad to finish setting up my account, he answered all my questions and had me out the door all set up in about 15 minutes.

Visited 1st time, met Chris, who attended me and he had Dillion to help as well. Very smart group of people and willing to explain and not rush or not even push extra services/products. Excellent customer services ... migrated from another provider and Verizon got a new loyal wireless customer.

Melina is honestly the best. She is so calming and fun. She’s helped us twice and each time we’ve walked out with smiles on our faces. The store is great and so is some of the other staff. Love this place

Jose at the Rockaway Verizon store was awesome. He helped us transfer data from a Samsung to an Iphone which is not as easy as you would think. He took his time with us even though it was busy. He was very professional with a cool personality.

I went to upgrade my phone and was helped by a women named Evelyn I believe. She was the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I genuinely felt sne wanted to get me the best deal possible and truly wanted me to be satisfied with my new phone. AMAZING customer service!

I am beyond impressed at the helpful staff & managers at this location!! I have had Verizon for a long time & I have rarely left the store feeling satisfied or happy. The guys working there now are top notch!!!!!! Thank you ALL so much you, you made my experience yesterday a breeze & pleasure! I'll be back in for upgrades soon!

Got what I needed when I stopped going to retail stores and went to a corporate store. They had what I wanted, the staff knew exactly where the cover was( not a popular phone) and was very helpful in getting it and checking me out in under 5 minutes with all the associates helping people when I entered. I will only go to corporate stores from now on, and if in the area will use this store again

Recently bought a new phone and with it a rather pricey screen protector. The gal who put it on did a great job, but it started to lift on one corner. I brought the phone back today and they put A new screen protector on free of charge.

The guys working at this store are excellent. They were knowledgeable and polite when I purchased and when I had a problem they huddled up and solved it. Outstanding.

Came in to switch from Boost and got my first iPhone. The price was painful but Ramid(?) made our experience a lot less painful.
Currently enjoying our family experience with Verizon.
