uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Story time: I accidentally smashed my phone screen in the early afternoon and my phone was unusable. This was terrible timing for me, as I had a business trip the next day where accessing my phone would be pivotal.

I called uBreakFix and they took in my phone immediately (I drove in and dropped it off, no wait time or appointment required). The staff were super kind and helpful, and the pricing they offered was far more affordable than I'd expected. It took them less than two hours to fix my phone, and when I picked it up (same day) it was fully functional and working like new.

I'm very thankful for the staff for their high quality of service, ability to take on a sudden request, and their same-day response. I would fully recommend this service for anyone else in need of a phone repair!

Great service with quick turnaround time. Jason was the one who helped me with my cracked screen. He was great! I had a Samsung note 20 ultra, and luckily, they had the piece on site. Price was good compared to other locations. Fixed it in under 2 hours. Would come again. Hopefully I don't need to but lol you know what I mean.

Rafeal was very helpful and extremely professional to my unfortunate problem with my phone with the battery crashing and thought to have lost everything. Got a new phone and the data transfer from my old phone to the new one was slow working with Google and Verizon since I had already activated the new phone. To be clear to anyone going, they aren't going to have all the parts on hand so expect to leave your device for the day. A small sacrifice but they'll figure out the issue and work with you.

Ubreakifix replaced my phone battery 5 months ago, which restored power-storing capacity. Suddenly this morning, my screen went black and the phone was completely unresponsive. I took it to Ubreakifix on Sunday morning; they repaired a failed internal connection stemming from the previous repair that day at no cost, saving me form buying a replacement phone. Thanks guys! You stand behind your work!

Absolutely love these guys. It's fantastic that they actually take the time to keep their customers happy and go above & beyond to ensure the customer leaves satisfied. I had a sticker on the back of my phone that I had just put on 2 days before the backing shattered, I mentioned that when I had gone to them to get the back replaced. I returned later to find they had transferred the sticker onto the new phone; I could not be happier. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and they all deserve raises. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

It was simple to set appointment,and they had the screen replacement in stock. Left it and picked it up a short while later and the screen was replaced

they were extremely helpful in getting my laptop keyboard fixed. it took a little while to figure out exactly what the problem was and getting the right parts, but i was kept in the loop on what was going on, and because of the tech’s persistence i have a usable laptop again 😊 all in all very good customer service and end results.

Have to say technicians Dashon and Hadiyah provided outstanding service. They worked for three days to ensure my broken screen was repaired properly. They kept getting defective screens from Samsung but kept up until they got a good one that past all required testing. Thank you. Great job. Recommend this location to anyone who needs repairs.
