this seven eleven is by far the best one ive been too, they always make me feel valued, if i could live in this establishment i would. i believe the people working here are over worked and underpaid altho no staff member has any such complaint. thank you seven eleven, i wish all seven's were built in this way, they excel in customer service and deserve a million stars

I think its bigger and generally more upscale then most 7-11 I frequent. Thr casheirs are. Ice and more helpful then most. They have more of the healthy foods that 711 offers. I get the chobani or other protein related drinks as they offer several. They have cheap noodkes for 5hose on a budget. They have clewners, dish washing stuff, trash bags, paper towels envolopes and other quick items one may. Eed every blue moon. Its close to thr apartments and the high school so they sometimes have a crowd. They have differe kinds of Energy drinks and coffee for caffeine usere and frozen food packages. They have 2 microwaves and sell coolers. Generally a better 711 then most

The store in whole is a great store. But today my wife ask and employee names Daniel to refill the ice coffee he said that the store was out. So we politely asked another employee the same question and she refilled it with no problem.

Zero customer service skills from the late night/early morning staff. Self-serve checkouts have more personality than the meat sacks they have "working" here.

Please stop hiring people that DO NOT want to work nor speak properly and professionally to customers. I do not understand what the problem is with your employees, they are too aggressive and have no business dealing with food and money in an unsanitary manner!! He is blaming it all in the management which isn’t any better! This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this type of ignorance.

Every time I come here it’s a problem.. literally the worst 7/11 and it’s unfortunate b/c it’s the one closest to me. Everyone is always rude, lazy, or they don’t have anything you actually want. But after my recent visit, I’m 100% done giving them my money. I watched as the Ethiopian lady in front of me allowed the young man to purchase TOBACCO without IDing him. My turn is next, I ask for just a lighter and she rudely tells me to get an ID. I say “really?” & she dismisses me and goes “next person.” Ok, I go get my ID from my car. I tell her “You didn’t ID the guy in front of me, and he looks about 18. So it doesn’t make sense for you to ID me.” She starts getting mad and FLIPS the screen to my face, yelling “DO YOU NOT KNOW THE RULES? DO YOU WANT TO SEE THE RULES?”…….. I said “I know the rules and have no issue with them. But you didn’t ID him. KEEP IT FAIR.” She had nothing to say but a bunch of giggling, b/c she knows she’s wrong, & she thought she was embarrassing me in front of the store. This really hasn’t sat well with me, and as I read the reviews below me it all correlates. Yeah, they’re racist and have no respect for their customers. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you go, everyone has an attitude. This was my LAST time.

Store cashier at night is very unprofessional and lazy. I have been asking this guy every night about having hot food item And he lies about not having fresh tacos to not have to make them, and they only take 1min to cook. I come here every night and spend my money and I demand better service. I have been patient with guy but he just lazy now!

This is the ad. But it's a place with no service in it, a person is working and looking at the orders from outside, looking at the customer Every time I go, I wait for 30 minutes and I go without buying it again
I don't need a toilet for a person. If that person has a heart attack, the door will stay open. No one thinks about it. In places where two people work, one person takes care of the customer, but there are 9-10 people at the checkout. The customer is bored of waiting and leaves what she has. She is cleaning inside. She is doing the design or she can make this design after sending the customer. First, the customer must be sent. What kind of understanding is this? became ..

Got racially profiled by the cashier at this location.
I am a 23 year old African American male. I was wearing a black windbreaker with my hood up cause it was cold/raining. My brother had asked me to pick up a specific type of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and since it was around 1 am the only store open was this 7/11. I go in, go to the back and rifle though the ice cream for a bit because, like I said, he wanted a specific flavor. I didn’t find the flavor after about 3-5 minutes of looking so I decide to leave the store. As I’m walking out, the bald, middle aged looking African American employee asks me “are you going to pay for what you took?” I ask him what he’s talking about and he said the thing in my pocket (only things in my pockets are my phone, keys, and watch). I told him I didn’t take anything and he goes “Yeah right.” I left the store then and haven’t been back since, because if it happens again I’ll get physical with an employee for the first time.

The male owner of this store is a racist. My sixteen year old, black brother lives in the area and frequents the 7-Eleven. He always has money to pay for his things, he doesn’t steal. Today he went into the store to purchase snacks and the male owner followed him around the store. My brother called him out on it and the owner told him to get out of the store. He attempted to go to the register to just pay for his items, and the woman was trying to ring him up, but the man told my brother that they’re not accepting his money. It’s so disheartening that a child has to experience such a violent level of racism from a man with a darker skin tone, no less. If you are a black person, please find another place to spend your money. I wish there was real recourse and justice in this situation but unfortunately they will likely never have to face consequences for their racist behavior, despite being located in a predominately black area.
