The customer service here is unlike any other UPS store I've ever been to! Always immaculate, always well-stocked, and always extremely courteous and helpful staff! Vinny made my day so easy! Thank you!

If every store in the world was like the UPS Store at 175 Main St., in New Rochelle, the world would be a better place. What wonderful service. From the first call when I asked if they had a big enough box for my shipment, the answer wasn’t only yes, but “Let us know and we can help you bring it in.” Warm, professional, courteous, fast and so helpful. Vinny, Chris and Josh made our day. Smiles, advice and getting it done. Thanks UPS for having a great crew, and thanks Vinny, Chris and Josh for all you do.

Dropped off an international shipment today. Joe Rocco helped us and asked us about additional documents that were needed for customs. We thought we had everything, but upon looking there were more documents online. Without Joe, we wouldn’t have known this and who knows where our package would have ended up. Thank you!

I echo what previous reviewers have said. I've been to many UPS, USPS, and FedEx stores and the staff of this store stands out. They're in a league of their own in terms of professionalism, speed, efficiency, and courtesy. It is an absolute delight to go there. Every single staff member is incredible.

Went at 8:30am on a Thursday feeling bad for showing up as soon as someone is starting their shift. But all of that went away when I was greeted by Thomas! He was incredibly kind with not only me but also a mother and child in front of me who were having a tricky time.

With a store full of people a lot of us would have been overwhelmed. Thomas was patient, helpful, and also efficient + knowledgeable. Thanks for starting all of our days off a bit brighter!!!

This store is great service oriented, the agents are always professional and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Of all the UPS stores in the area, this one is the best by a lot. Everyone working here is always friendly and helpful. There are a few closer to my house but I always drive the extra distance to this one.

The associates in this store are outstanding!!! I have been a customer for over 10 years. Never had a problem. They roll out the red carpet. Outstanding people . Tom - the manager is fantastic. Love him and the team.

Very efficient and professional though I do admit I’ve been here just once and it was a very quick trip!

I do recommend that if you’re returning a lot of Amazon packages at once that you have everything sorted and in decent packaging so that they can bag it up, put on a label, and then move forward with service. It got fairly busy once I was there at around noon, so for quicker service for yourself, efficiency of the staff, and to help with other customers’ experience, I would recommend to just have any scan codes preloaded. 🥰

This is the best run UPS store I have ever been to. I go out of my way to go there. The workers are fast, thorough and friendly...especially when they are busy? Kudos to the managers!!
