AT&T Store

DOMINIC was the BEST! I had issues with my new service I got at the Steelyard location 2 days in a row, so we decided to come to the Parma location. From the moment we walked in the store, he was accommodating, polite, and professional. He took the time to listen, he went above and beyond, even calling the other store, and PERSONALLY took what I needed to the other store. From now on I will ONLY go to this location. Thank you, Dominic!

Dominic was fantastic. Promote him. Give him a raise. Do all the things you should do for a phenomenal employee. You've got yourself a good one. He was patient, quick but thorough, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and even though there were people waiting I didn't feel like he was rushing me but also he was cognizant that there were others that needed help too.

Wifey upgraded her mom's iPhone 8 to an iPhone 15 fairly quick. Great customer service as always. Good job AT&T. Forgot the sales reps name but here's a 👍👍

Went in there with a very weird problem. I had managed to set a lock code on my phone while sleeping on it. After a couple times back-and-forth to the store cause I had to get different information but unable to use my phone not knowing the code. We finally were able to reset and get into it. great job

Dominic helped us, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me with ATT fiber AND he helped me save money on my cell phone bill! Thanks Dominic!

I went with my Aunt to upgrade our phones & order Apple Watches. Rob was knowledgeable, personable & helpful. The store is clean with lots of products. I recommend this location to everyone.

This store was awesome. Helped me right away and even gave me a way to save even more money. They gave me all my options but were not pushy about any of their packages or options on the purchase of my phone. Joseph and Chris are really good guys. I will be going back there from now on.

Josh waited on me and my daughter right as we walked in the door. We both were a bit hesitant to go in, in the past representatives can come off a bit arrogant.
Josh was pleasant and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Answered all my questions. Helped me with my trade in and with veterans discount I was able to purchase a much needed iPhone 13 Pro Max. We also went back in to purchase some items for my new phone.Thanks Josh for excellent service

My experience at the Parma store with the manager Kevin was excellent!!! I came in hot requesting to know and understand what was going on with my account but he cooled all of it down pulled my account up and took care of all of my questions and concerns thank you so much Kevin!!!!

Went into AT&T for an improved price monthly, a good deal on an upgrade and great customer service. It was above and beyond expectations. I upgraded my phone and a new Apple Watch , switched over my line from T-Mobile in 10 minutes and was happy with my experience. Josh and Ryan are a great team and work well together as managers. I’m glad I went to the Parma location.

Ryan the assistant manager was super helpful fixed our problem and answered any and all problems we had! Even sat with us while we had to keep calling att about the galaxy watch 4 issue we have been having for months and still solved the problem without them! Thank you again Ryan we appreciate it so much!

I would recommend this store to everyone. The staff here was extremely helpful and patient...I had my 6 year old with me and they made sure he was attended to just as much as me. They went above and beyond. Helped in every way possible. I walked away very happy with the service, the phones we received, and knowing that there are still good people in customer service. Kaitlyn and Brian, 5 star all day.

The fastest experience I ever had at a phone store! Maggie and Amanda helped me get a new phone for my grandmother in less than 30 minutes. I walked in having no idea what to do or get and was nervous I would be turned away since I am not the account holder. Maggie told me how my aunt, the account holder, could quickly give me access to change phones. She then recommended several phones that easily fit my grandmothers style and budget. She transfered everything between phones without me needing to ask. For all the questions I did have Maggie and Amanda answered very politely and thoroughly!

Worked with Erik at the store and he was AMAZING! By far the best employee and interaction I've had at a phone store. I came in for a question on my phone and left with a new phone, ATT TV and a lower bill. Yall need to see this man, great conversations and even better service.

I had an issue with my phone and billing. The manager Brian took care of it right away. He remembered me from a year before when I got my kids phones. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his staff. A great group. Brian is a great guy!!!
