AT&T Store

Switched from Verizon and are very happy with our experience in store with Michael. We had to do 5 lines and he was so patient and kind. Worth the drive to Greenville!

When we entered the store there was one employee so we figured it would be a while but not at all. The store manager was the only one I store. He was multitasking between us and another customer. He was GREAT. I would definitely use this store again.

Despite a store full of waiting customers and being the only sales rep in there, Dylan exhibits fantastic customer service! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, can easily multi-task waiting on 2 customers at one time, professional and very helpful! He is my only sales rep of choice when I go into the store! If he is busy, I will not go to another sales rep but will wait on him! 😊👍👏

Dylan was absolutely amazing. He was able to look at our account and get us two new products for a little less than what we were already paying. He was incredibly helpful with the new product set up and was so kind. I normally dread going into the store but he made the experience enjoyable.

The store rep that waited on us did an outstanding job. He not only completed the sale & set up of our new phones, he also went above and beyond by making sure we really understood how to use our new phones effectively. He was very personable and made us feel like he enjoyed helping us.

I stopped in today and Dylan was the friendly associate who not only assisted in meeting my needs, but he did it all while helping two other customers simultaneously. He’s extremely knowledgeable in ATT services and promotions, focused on finding resolutions, and does it all effectively, efficiently, and considerately. My reason for todays visit was in upgrading my device; I had previously done this via the phone with an ATT representative, but decided to visit the store this time instead. Dylan was much more helpful than the phone associate, as he knew the answer to all my questions, and he single handedly resolved the reason for my visit without me having to do anything else. I was so impressed with my visit today, that I immediately recommended someone else with the same problem as me, to head in to see him. They were equally pleased with the service Dylan provided. I will continue coming to this location now, as opposed to contacting ATT via phone, because I trust that Dylan will be the best associate in resolving whatever my needs are.

Staff was very friendly and competent. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and they were able to get me a few extra things plus a new phone and still saved me money monthly. These reps are great!

My experience at the Greenville, Ohio, AT&T store was GREAT❣Our Richmond, Indiana, store needs to have such an atmosphere of friendly and accommodating service. I will continue to drive the 25 miles, even as in the contantly heavy rain like yesterday, to receive GREAT SERVICE❣ THANKS❣

Adam was my sales representative today when I went into the Greenville location for some technical issues and I would like to tell you personally how much of an asset he is to this location, and Att itself. He took time for each of the customers until they were satisfied. He even went as far as to tell a young man happy 15th birthday. Another customer I witnessed him assist was having trouble understanding and took the time to ask questions to figure out what the right solution for him was. I jokingly asked for an application when it was my turn to be assisted and without hesitation he showed me how to apply. If I had to handle the line of people that came in I would have thrown the phones against the wall lol but he maintained a professional appearance and took care of everyone's needs.

Ps. Can you please help him get some chairs for the customers and a $100 raise. Lol

I have always had a great experience with this location. They are always helpful when we call or go in for assistance. We actually just switched back to At&T at the beginning of the year because of the customer service and availability of service.

I had been with Verizon for over 15 years. Was looking for a change and Jeremy @ AT&T - Greenville, Oh store made the switch so easy. I moved 5 phones over and added an IPad and Jeremy went out of his way to confirm service coverage for me in the area that was most important. He went over all my possible account option and was able to answer every question I had. I wish everyone in customer service roles were as pleasant and extremely helpful as Jeremy. Been on AT&T for about two weeks and are very happy. Thanks Jeremy and AT&T for making the switch so seamless.

Staff is very competent and friendly, service is fast, prices are reasonable. Especially an employee named Aaron who was very informative friendly and helpful and got me just what I needed right away.

Honestly best customer service I've had. Will and Jeremy knew how to answer my questions, really knew their stuff, and were friendly. No problems with my phone or service. Def recommend.
