What a wonderful place full of amazing people. I had some nice men come to my house with the most delicious meals. They was helping the people who were affected by the tornado. I had minor damage compared to others but they still blessed us. Just wanted to say thank you and let you all know how we appreciate you.
If I'm ever blessed to buy a new mower I will definitely be there.

Mike in turf service has been incredibly helpful getting my machines and parts inventory ready for 2024 season. He’s knowledgeable and worked to save me time and money by purchasing parts in bulk. He takes time to answer my questions. I feel like a valued customer not just the next guy in line. The team has also met in the field once or twice for service and have stood behind the John Deere warranties. I’m a huge fan and highly recommend!

Kerry did a great job picking up and returning my mower for service! My lane can be difficult with large trailers, but he took great care not to get on my yard, which is appreciated. He was nice to notify me he was on his way and had proper equipment to get the mower started in cold weather when it didn't want to start.

After searching the web, and finding Bare Co and then finding that Koenig was listed as a dealer I called Koenig. Monte answered the call and spoke I to him about a Bare Co brand PTO drive shaft for my Bush Hog brand flex wing rotary cutter. Monte listened to me on the phone from Indiana and was willing to look deeper and learn that he could in fact supply this item to me. We carefully verified the catalog part number to be a match for the application and made payment for these special order parts. Monte then arranged delivery to my local Koenig branch in central Indiana. He followed through by phone and text until the transaction was complete and the shaft assembly was at my place. Great job of focusing on details to deliver the right parts the first time on an unusual request from an unknown someone that called from out of state for a non John Deere item.

I have dealt with Greenville Koenig for many years. They have always provided the best service and have kept my old John Deere garden tractor running great even though it over 20 years old. Bought a new Ventrac in 18 and when I have called in for parts or service they have always been excellent. The sales staff seems to have changed over post pandemic so I can't speak to that aspect now as I know what I'm buying and call ventrac for questions. But the guys in service go above and beyond.
