Great experience!!! I can tell they have made major changes. The stories easier to shop. everything seems to be put together nice. You can find things much easier now. Their shoe department is out of this world?!?? They have some of the best deals on boots, also have some of the cutest boots and shoes around. five stars to the person running that shoe department. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was overall pretty decent and had a very helpful staff. Ran in here with my mom cause she needed some new shoes for the summer.. the staff helped her find exactly the pair she wanted to get otherwise it would take forever finding the right pair in the middle of the 100s of different boxes the store has. So I'm glad that the staff is well knowledged in where what is located. Not my first visit either, and would def come back again. I'm an overall fan of Roosevelt mall to begin with. PLUS being open in July 4th (today) was of course a welcomed bonus.

They have any amazing selection of shoes and the cleanest shoe department in any easy pickins I've ever seen.
