I also own a beauty supply store and SMART HAIR is my go to spot.... They have everything I need that I may not carry or out of stock..... ALL staff is AMAZING AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL....

It was clean and friendly, she was very helpful too. I had to return what I bought it was too big for my wig-and had no problem trading it in!!

Never disappoints on hair and beauty supply selection. Always have deals. It's a lot of items I've seen here and not seen at other beauty supply stores, such as the lace front with skinny braids on net so you can make a sewin wig and it be flat and not bulky. I will be back. You won't regret going to this store. Check them out!

After looking at pictures of this store and reading the two previous reviews, I decided to give this store a try today. I can't believe how great this place is! The people that work there are extremely helpful and informative. I found just what I was looking for and was treated wonderfully. I won't shop at another hair store again. This is the place!

My first time in there the young lady was helpful, I can see its a new establishment no one was in there but me the owner and another old lady . They have more selections on produtcs you can't find at any of the other hair stores and the price is right: I bought hair color accessories ,and conditioner all for $15.00 and I'm about saving money my new hair store.

Their helper was the best EVER, I wish I would of got her name, she walked me thru every step on getting my child's hair together had a honest answer for EVERY question .....

Awesome beauty supply store and have the best affordable wigs. So much that my wedding and bday wigs were perfect that I purchased from here.
Without the help from the ladies that work there, I dont know what I would have done.

If you've been to most beauty supply stores in Cincinnati you know a lot of places can be cramped, unorganized, or out dated. This place is organized, spacious, stocked and has friendly staff. Such a great beauty supply store.

Amazon hair store.The store owners are always willing to work with you and your budget when it comes to finding hair which is why I take all my clients here. They also have a large and great selection of all types of hair, human and synthetic.

I always stop in after work and the store is always neat, organized and the staff are very polite and helpful!
