Horse Feathers is a classic and classy southwest souvenir store in the village of Tularosa, just north of Alamogordo, New Mexico. It is run by a charming woman who has very unique items from jewelry to paintings to painted furniture. Stop here for a special gift for you or your friend. Prices are very reasonable for her quality merchandise.

Great welcoming & friendly owner. Large store, two rooms plus. Full of New Mexico artists creations at reasonable prices. Everything from jewelry to rag rugs to pottery, art and furniture. Don't miss this shop and the two next to it. Definitely worth a stop.

Beautiful southwestern art, jewelry, furniture and more!

This is a wonderful find that was surprisingly well stocked with handmade treasures! There were several rooms that showcased original pieces from jewelry, pottery, furniture to clothing, weaving, artwork, sculpture and more!
If you appreciate quality craftsmanship and intricate beauty, you have to stop in!!! Allow yourself some time, there really is a great deal to see!

Excellent beautiful place fine navajo products drums and benches. Dolls that are 2 in one you have to see them they have a waje/goard thunder goard. Jenie and Janet are wonderful. The store has clothing and extremely extraordinary. It is a have to stop when going to Tuli. They have butterfly wing jewlery. Stop and ask about them beautiful and interesting.

We’ve visited this shop and purchased every time we visit. They have wonderful Tarahumara Art and lots from local artist. As an author and artist from California but an admirer of New Mexico I am impressed. Friendly staff and great selection. On your way through stop by highly recommend.

This store is a treasure find. Loved shopping in the store and a lot of the vendors are locals. I will be back for sure and will bring all friends and visitors. I didn't take pictures, cause my phone was in the truck. And didn't even get pictures of the items I I bought. Next time!!

This shop has furniture blankets pillows pots glassware wall art and more. I wanted to throw out much of what i have and begin anew with all things at horsefeathers. Local artists. The real deal! Definitely will revisit!
