These folks saved the day. We rented a motor home in Portland and found out the first stop that we had no water, and it was because where we rented it did not do a thorough check on the systems. We were in the vicinity of Oregon Rv and they got us in and out in under an hour and treated us to a TV for the grand kids and popcorn and did it with a smile. Thanks to everyone there for saving the day.

They were great

We had a great experience with Oregon RV Outlet. The service was very friendly from everyone on their staff. They gave us a great deal on a travel trailer they were selling and they took care of everything quickly since we were from out of town. Any issues with the trailer was taken care of before we left the lot.

The staff was extremely helpful. Any questions I had they took the time to answer. I picked up a new travel trailer. They moved my solar panels, lithium batteries and accessories from my old rig to my new. Since this was a warrantee issue, the manufacturer was doing everything to make my life miserable. Oregon RV Outlet went out of their way to clear all the manufactures obstacles. In addition, they gave me the time to transfer my stuff from one rig to the next. A very nice place to do business. I will be forever grateful to them! Love their popcorn! As an added bonus, I felt good supporting a family-owned, small business. Diane, Joe and staff thanks a million!!

We seen a 5th wheel on the Internet. So we called and got a Salesman Mike . We Drive to Merlin Oregon. Mike was Awesome. Very knowledgeable great Attitude. These folks are simply awesome... We purchased our Keystone Montana 3560RL at another dealer in Flagstaff Arizona and started out with the most horrible experience you could ever imagine. And here is where we find out where the dealer is the most critical part of the purchase... We walked into RV Country of Flagstaff not knowing a ton about R v's but knowing that after much research the 3560RL was exactly what we wanted. And this is where the nightmare started. Before we signed the papers for purchase we were told the unit was all ready to go and then after we signed the papers we were told that the oven didn't work and it would be 6 to 8 months before we could receive one for a warranty repair. After making arrangements for delivery from the dealer which was another Fiasco where the pigtail was dragged on the ground the entire 100 mile ride to the my house and that had to be replaced. To make a very sad and long story short we basically purchased a unit where all the blinds were ruined and need to be replaced and I will add that Keystone refused to do that. The new stove was put in but they scratched the h*** out of the wall doing it and ruin a finish on that as well as leaving a tool on the floor so when the slide was put in it ruined our floor. Our front door had to be replaced, kitchen table bent and ruined and several broken parts basically caused by employees at Flagstaff RV Country who had little knowledge of RV systems. ( I was actually advised to leave my black water tank open when sitting for long periods of time.. WTH!)
So now is where we find Professionals at Oregon RV outlet which saved the day for us and repaired the countless things that were wrong with our unit that Flagstaff RV should have caught. Diane and Kim worked through a very difficult time with Keystone RV trying to get the necessary parts and get everything warranted correctly which I'm gonna be the 1st one to say Keystone gave them a really bad time about that. Realizing they probably should check the work that Flagstaff RV did, Randy one of the excellent technicians there discovered a gas leak on a stove that was replaced where Flagstaff RV had just finger tightened a fitting and had been leaking all long risking incredible danger and fire to our unit.
Kim and Diane at Oregon RV outlet have 3 incredible technicians that work for them, Ian Dillon and Randy who work together as a flawless team to make sure everything works correctly. From the moment I brought it in the 3 of them walked over to the unit and began assessing it, they started looking for every single problem that could possibly be wrong with an RV, checking all the slides checking all the power connections checking literally everything that you could imagine. Randy is a flat out wiz with electronics and he was able to repair things that probably would have had to been sent back to the factory. Dillon and Ian round out the team as excellent Craftsman and problem solvers finding missing screws and mis installed parts that were done incorrectly at the factory.
In my opinion those 3 should be working at the factory as the final quality control people.
So the gist of this long review is the fact that you must get a very good dealer before you purchase your unit to make sure everything is taken care of properly and I would recommend Oregon RV Outlet to anyone needs an RV repair or would like to purchase a new one.

Joe was the awesome gentleman who helped me and my fiance, were building a 1992 chevy van into a tiny home, and the need for ventilation was what brought us here today, they had everything we needed and could of ordered something they didn't have reasonably quick, 10/10 will be back for other items such as water tanks, battery isolators, pretty much anything parts wise to make it liveable.

They helped us with an electrical problem right when they were closing and got us on the road so we could go camping , no charge. They saved our day! They will get our business that's for sure. Thank you so much who ever helped us at Oregon RV outlet.
