The UPS Store

I go to this UPS store in Pacific Highlands in Carmel Valley. It is a busy store and I have always had, excellent service for Amazon returns, e-mail, scanning and multiple print and mailing needs. . Anthony and staff have never been rude. In fact, I’ve experienced the opposite. He and the staff are professional, smart and efficient. There are many people who act “entitled” and want to be waited on as soon as they enter and have no patience to wait their turn. I highly recommend this UPS store for all mailing, packaging, and print needs.

Love the team here. Anybody complaining about poor service should R.E.A.D. return instructions and assume responsibility instead of blaming unsuspecting employees. Blake and the other man (light brown/blonde hair) have always been extraordinarily courteous and patient, working diligently to offer the best service. I know if I had a business I would hire them. Thanks for all you do, guys!

Super friendly lady helped today. Amazon returns are so easy with the UPS store close by. I accidentally did my return wrong online. The UPS store person quickly showed to how to redo it. Above and beyond help. When doing it right, an Amazon return at the UPS store is a 2 minute process. Happy.

Top service and knowledgeable staff. Cleanliness and kindness. Lots of services offered. I don’t know what they don’t do! I drop off everything to them. And use their mail box service which excepts every currier. What more could you ask for?

Never had an easier mailing experience. I had to return a recliner I’d bought online and I was nervous showing up to this store with a massive box, but they handled it all with a smile.

The customer rep that works at this store is the best...he is always friendly & efficient and doesn't complain when I bring in my Prime returns right before closing 😉

The Manager, Abby is awesome! She goes above and beyond you expectations anytime you need services at this UPS Store. Glad they open up in the community.
