Kroger Marketplace

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. The associates are helpful and I receive great service in store and when I pick up orders.

Very clean facility and fresh vegetables and breads,meats etc

I love it my daughter works there and I have a aunt the is a supervisor at the White lake Kroger

Associates seem to be available to help when you’re ready to cash out. I’ve only used the self check out and there’s no line of customers waiting to cash out so that’s good. I go there about once every 2 weeks usually in the morning and have fresh produce. Bakery is for sure is my favorite. Prices are on the higher end but it’s reasonable when you match it to the quality of food you get. I’ve used the bathroom there only once and it was pretty clean. I’ll probably end up going there more often.

They have a lot of items. Have everything I need. Very clean and organized.

I love this Kroger so much that it makes it hard to go anywhere else. I buy mostly organic and they have the best selection around. The wait time at check-out tends to be much better than other grocery stores nearby. They also have a Kroger gas station at the other end of the parking lot - love getting my gas there, much lower price thanks to the points!

Christmas Clearance sale going on- lots of candles with beautiful fragrances. Hurry candle lovers 😊

It convenient store for groceries, I love it

Just don’t get the rotisserie chicken its horrible. Sushi is good only if u get the cooked ones. The raw ones smell and taste fishy. Customer service and other selections are good.

Very nice clean organize

I don’t why people are hating on the new Kroger and its staff, but if you ever worked in retail you would’ve understand what im talking about. Love the new look and love how its has Starbucks and other cafe sections. The entire store is well designed, specially when its comes to the built in cooler along the wall. Friendly staff and decent prices. Wish the best for this team to have a clear and successful years ahead of them.

Bottle of wine fell through the bag in the parking lot went back inside and spoke to a young gentleman pretty sure he was the manager and said I can just go get a new bottle to replace that! Elite customer service! Honestly thought he wouldve said to go buy a new one

I knew it was going to be busy today with it being a beginning of a holiday weekend, but I got in and out pretty quickly. They had everything I wanted and I picked up a few extra items. I was greeted by several of the employees which was very nice. Almost all of the checkout lines were open. My check out person was fabulous.

Great & very busy there.

Tonight at 7:07pm, employee Faith at check out lane, saved me! I am recently widowed with a fractured vertebrae & by the time I got to check out, I was in pain and weeping. I’d bit off more than I could chew apparently. Faith offered assistance immediately. Unloaded my cart, went to get 2nd cart, rang up , bagged and loaded it all into carts & called for a young man to help take to my car
She may never know just how much her help today made an otherwise very difficult & challenging task- doable! It might seem like a small thing to someone else but it made a great deal of difference for me. God bless her, she’s a star & just plain a good human being. ☮💟☮

Wonderful store, they just need to check their expiration dates more often on "fresh foods" and they need to have a better training session for their cashier's.

Wow! The new and improved Kroger is awesome! I get it it's a grand opening everything was front-facing everything was clean everything was in stock, but boy if it's any indication of how busy it is at its first day it's going to be a madhouse there daily. They now offer clothing shoes a huge makeup department. A bigger pharmacy outdoor garden home you name it. It feels very much like a Meijer store now when you walk in. Let's just keep our fingers crossed that they keep up the appearance for the future and keep it as new looking as it was in the first day!

Alvin is by far the best employee there! He truly knows what customer service means. That man is consistently kind, courteous and always has a smile even when it is clear he is super busy. I’ve seen and heard him speak to the most difficult customers and they walk away happy and he is still smiling. Any question or concern is quickly taken care of without a second thought or moment to waste. Keep up the good work and thank you for all your hard work and dedication to your customers. We definitely need more of you at ALL Kroger’s and in the world in general!☺

Huge Thanks to the buggy guys on Christmas Eve for letting me know that I had a nail in my tire and it was hissing. One of them pointed it out and all 3 told me to be careful. Awesome employees!

I just want to add these to other already detailed comments:

Great to shop around while sipping Starbucks coffee. The customer’s center staff are friendly, in particular. They have this little parking place for bikes 🚲 now.

However, the Kroger website should be updated. Their aisle information is still old Kroger’s.
