Walgreens

This is a huge store that is rarely crowded, small lines, lots of parking. Well stocked, Walgreens brands of items I wanted saved me money. Good return policy. Walgreens products say 100 percent satisfaction guarantee so I choose their brand.

Manager terrell sat with me for almost a hour helping me with a photo book! Never have had anyone be able to handle my shenanigans that long in my lifetime! Thank you very much, they LOVED it!

I love Walgreens and especially this one I had an amazing conversation with the cashier about how club penguin was shut down and basically died.

This is an awesome store. Employees are very helpful. Very clean. Shelves always stocked. Fast checkout. Plenty of parking.

Always a pleasure to go there for scripts or just simple household goods or even an occasional grocery item like ice cream.

I get all my prescriptions here. The staff is polite and courteous. Parking is good. There is a drive thru for the pharmacy, but it's hard to reach the buzzer. Store items are expensive though. I think they charge full retail for them.

Pharmacists who normally work at this location are well above average with catching mistakes that doctors make. They are also very good at being proactive about providing med info.
The only area that needs improvement is staffing. Their DM and corporate need to increase tech hours. I think we all know that Walgreens has the money to accomplish this.
Corporate should know that you CANNOT just go by the number of scripts filled daily or weekly to decide how many tech hours to assign particularly with the dramatic increase in prior authorizations needed.
(I worked in pharmacy for over 20 years before I totally burned out.)

It's a convenient place to go for toiletries, makeup, personal care, first aid and such. Prices are pretty good. Pharmacy was slow. Also need to make an appointment for vaccines(@ least the covid vaccine).

Lots of help when I took my friend with a walker so we could find things easier and faster, check out quick and teller very friendly!

I know pharmacists have a tough job dealing with insurance issues and needy customers who need medication. However you can still be polite and friendly. I hate when I say thank you, have a good day- and I get back “uh-huh.”

Selection could be better.

They are very slow , there are two employees who serve very slowly and are always busy with other issues, putting out medications and the like, and you come and wait with a child in your arms! Why can’t more people be singled out?

Horrible service at pharmacy. The Erika, technician I spoke with, just stop talking in the middle. No reply for five minutes. She was clearly bothered by my call and the request and didn't want to spare a minute.

Went there for convenient location for years, left and will not return because always an issue at the pharmacy. Somethings completely out of their control, but communication to the customer about it is nonexistent. As to were I'd make several trips there and either get wrong meds or some of them. The pharmacy express lane is also not an express in any way.

I was there to buy some gift cards for my daughter’s school teachers and bus driver. The cashier ( a young girl no visible ID so dint see her name) told me you cannot return these cards. I said it’s ok. I bought it to use it not to return! . I gave my Debit card. Then she ask my ID. I gave it, then I ask why do you need my ID with a Debit card? . She said people steal Debit cards and use it. I was so upset. She did not ask ID from any other people on the line except me. Is it because I am from another country?? I will not go to this store anymore.
