AT&T Store

Amazing customer service, open on a snow day and ready to help with every phone need! Tania, the manger, greeted me at the door, was very friendly and had the entrance immaculately shoveled for safety. Highly recommend this store for their impeccable service and friendliness on even the craziest snow day of 2021.

Tyler D. was an absolute professional during my visit. I entered the store around 1030 this morning and Tyler was already helping a guest. He promptly greeted me and explained he will be with me in just a moment (he was the only technical specialist in the store). After a few minutes of browsing, Tyler greeted me again and proceeded to assist me with an upgrade that has been lingering in my AT&T MSG box. I purchased a Pixel 6 in leu of my old IPhone SE. My only concern was grabbing an important picture of my Father and I off my old phone and transferring it to my new phone. After a few attempts, the task was getting difficult. At this point I was starting to get a bit of anxiety in fear I was going to lose this picture of my old man (who not with us anymore). Tyler, with my permission, used a few tricks with my google account to make sure my pictures transferred safely and without corruption. All the while, he was helping four other people in the store with their issues as well. I noticed, Tyler gave everyone the perfect amount of attention, was making sure no one was waiting or having difficulties. He was able to sell two phones and assist an elderly man and woman with their phone issues. Furthermore, after his final check to make sure I was happy with the results, I profusely thanked him and told him he made my day. I’m just so impressed with this young man; his ability to effectively listen, communicate and problem solve on the fly is worth its weight in gold. If AT&T can emulate this man's personality and train others to be as effective as him on the sales floor there is no doubt you will have folks returning. Thanks again, Tyler.

Amazing customer service! 10/10!!! The girl that helped us was named LeAnna. She deserves a raise! We had an issue with our bill and she was so patient with us! Not only did she fix it, but did it all with a smile! Definitely the best AT&at experience I’ve had!

Kirsten knows what she's doing. Very intelligent young lady with a good head on her shoulders who doesn't miss a beat! I got my new TV service and phone at this store with a killer promotion. Much better prices then the competitors considering what's all included and great service for an awesome price. She worked with me on pricing to get me what I needed and I felt taken care of. Very impressed.

Friendly staff and more than helpful. I was greeted when I first walked in (10/19/21) and Angle assisted me right away in finding a screen protector. Since I had an old phone, Angle told me what store I could find one and even said I could come back and she would put it on for me. She went above and beyond in customer service!

Came in about a month ago and switched my phone lines to AT&T after being with Sprint for over 20 years. Liz and Miguel were super fantastic with their help and customer service. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I came all the way from Sequim to this store and it was super worth it. I will be coming back for sure if I need more help. Thank you guys!! Corey Robinson was extremely helpful and generous with his patience during my recent visit, and not just with me, but with every person who entered the store that evening. He's got a gentle, calm way about him that eases the stress that many of us encounter when dealing with technology. You are fortunate to have him.

This AT&T store is immaculate, with immaculate customer service, beautifully spoken, well mannered, kind and ambitious employees! I got connected with team member Mariah ! Really recommend doing any business with her.

I was ready to walk away from atnt altogether. Planning on it for the last 8 months but coming to this particular branch was a game changer. Everytime I come in its made very clear that the other branches in the area have not been entirely transparent with me about what I'm paying for. Stephan was incredible. He explained and fixed SO MANY things in my account and also helped me file a claim for my replacement phone, something I've been trying to do for 3 months. Now I'm getting more for much less than before. I work customer service and was blown away by how well they, and specifically stephan took care of me. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you!

Janelle is extremely professional and helpful. She helped me select a phone for my daughter, set it up and even improved our monthly service agreement. Ive had good service at this location and this is the best service I’ve ever received at an At&T store

The ladies here were super helpful and kind. They helped us figure out how to get a cheaper (and significantly better!!) plan while also getting new phones.

We went in there twice and were delighted each time. They entertained our 3 year old while we figured out the details. Highly recommend to this branch!!

Maddie is the BEST! I came in after the other AT&T store in the area wasted my time. I'm self-employed, and needed a phone today, not in five days. Well, Maddie told me to NOT waste my money; my phone is likely fine. The local AT&T tower failed, and scrambled service. She was more concerned with treating me right as a customer than in gouging money out of me. This is a store run by people of integrity, and I will be VERY happy to return here when my phone really is ready for retirement!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in to Silverdale store because my battery on my IPhoneX died. I knew a new phone was the only solution. Liz initially helped us (of course my wife with me had to get new one too)! We ended up with 2 IPhone 12 Pro! Super happy with whole experience and since it took quite awhile to complete my phone transfer, it kept dying, Miguel waived a fee which was extremely considerate of our time. Keep up great work😎👍!

After a few mishaps over the past 5 days Maddie was amazing today. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable she had a passion to make sure we didnt leave the store without answers again. She kept pressing on until we got my wifrs new phone resolved and running even staying with us a hour after close. Thank you Maddie your service was beyond exemplary. Your store is lucky to have you.

Went into AT&T with a broken phone and came out completely satisfied. Silverdale staff are all wearing masks and the store was very clean. The sales associates were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience! Thank you
