CVS

The pharmacist here gave me support that unquestionably saved my well-being. I was prescribed a dose of medication that had potential for severe blood pressure drops. I never knew about this problem before. The doctor never bothered to mention it in her office. The pharmacist advised that I get a blood pressure cuff to watch for potential drops and discontinue immediately if I dipped too low. I didn’t think it could happen to me, but boy did she prove to be right.

Several weeks later, I find myself feeling horrible and woozy. I check my blood pressure, and as she warned, it was profoundly low. Immediately, I discontinued my dose and went back to my doctor for a new treatment plan. Had she not warned me, I would have believed myself insane, and gone for an extended period at dangerously low levels. The pharmacists here have always been reliable overall with discussing side effects and potential problems. Their willingness to discuss them saved my health big time.

Over the phone, they’re easy to reach too, and conversations and very open. I realize, after the lackadaisical and disrespectful attitudes of a closer CVS, this is not a location to be taken for granted. I would sooner go the extra mile to work with this pharmacist than have involvement with the closer ones. This pharmacist goes the extra mile, and I owe her so much for it. Let me just say, in conclusion, thank you.

Rating this store 5 Stars for excellent service the pharmacist Sonya was great! Before I went to Newtown Square CVS I went to another pharmacy to get my prescription filled and told them I need it before Monday since I’m going on vacation and leaving early and they told me absolutely not and my insurance wouldn’t cover it!
Well thank goodness for Newtown Square CVS cause there were absolutely no problems! And they filled it and my insurance covered it! Thank you!

I've been using this CVS for all of my family's needs for the last 6 years, but only recently learned that on Saturday and Sunday, the pharmacy doesn't open the same time as the store - it opens at 9am on the weekends even though the store opens at 8am.
Also, I'm very surprised by all of the negative reviews as of late. The people who work here have always been super friendly and helpful.

The Newtown Square store is always clean and organized and usually has everything that I need in stock. Chris, the store manager, and Tiffany, a cashier ate always friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service, they are very busy nowadays due to store remodeling and management change but still they care for their customers lot. Despite of being a very busy store, they take their time and effort to help their customers quickly with the inquiries. I really like this store, its truly amazing. Great job guys for remaining calm in this most stressed situations!!!!!!

Honestly when it’s Cvs it’s usually whatever but I could not help but notice the worker there, whom was more than polite and gave a family loving like atmosphere with customers, I believe her name was Elizabeth. It was a great time with a helping employee assisting my needs when needed. If that’s how other Cvs workers are than Cvs is amazing. Great service in my book!

The Care Concierge was very professional and polite. She provided us with a bottle of water and a snack while getting the vaccination. Then she gave us a coupon. 👌

The pharmacist Sonia was so helpful! She's the best!

They don’t care they just make excuse for everything. And say u need your mendince they don’t have for you or they are on there 2 hour lunch break!! Radiocous!!!
