Had to take a cigar torch back due to equipment malfunction. I called first and spoke with the owner/mgr and he told me to bring it into see the problem. When we got to store he quickly and professionally handled the issue with a proper replacement and left with a hand shake. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The owner is patient and helpful and there's a huge variety of products. Also sells CBD products. From gummies, vape liquid, daily drops (highest dosage sold here is 1000mg for 89.99, which is a really good price). Lots of smoking apparatus (lots and lots of beautiful glass work) and lots of different smoke. Cloves, cigars, wraps, CBD smoke (bud like what I discussed in my review of Sherry's Place). Bad location though, you don't notice it from the street and there's no street sign yet announcing its presence in the Vinton Food Lion plaza.. I have no idea when it opened-my friends and I discovered it by accident. Glad we did!
