I went to one of the other locations and there was a shoe that I wanted. The lady called and had them hold the shoes for me. I was very impressed with the young lady who helped with the shoes. Her name was Natasha, very friendly and helpful. I was not sure how to wear them .she went online and found the shoes and how they are to be worn. And I must say a great price.

OMG!!! I have spent a ton of money trying to find the perfect bra to no avail. Today I went into Catos to just buy a couple of nice summer shirts from the clearance rack. I happened to notice a set of 2 bras for $8.99 and they were so cute. I figured what the heck, I’ll try them, if they didn’t work I would just be out $8.99. These are the best fitting comfortable bras I have ever bought. I have spent $60.00 and up on one bra and just got blown away by $8.99 bras. I am going back tomorrow!!!

I received the most professional customer service today while in this store. I was trying to help a friend out during a difficult time. The young lady that helped me was Amanda and she was an angel. Very sweet and kind. She will go far. Thank you Amanda!

I feel like this place gets forgotten with Marshalls and TJMaxx type stores but it's not expensive and I always get comments on my clothes. They are like " really cato?!!" Oh yes!! Love ❤ ya and all the super cute fashion! Definitely recommend 👌 and the staff are really nice and helpful if you need anything.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Clothe's are well made, affordably priced, and great selection. It has be one my favorite place to shop.

Great clothes, decent prices given the quality of the apparel. And the staff are always nice and helpful, bringing different sizes, colors etc. as we needed. We love Cato's!

I bought several items that didnt fit despite the nicest lady asking me twice if I was sure I didnt want to try them on. I went back and got the same lady (who was a manager) She walked through the store with me to find the sizes I need and ended up ordering a dress for me because they didnt have my size. The whole experience was super easy because of her.

Love this store. I just wish they carried a few more small sizes. Like size 3 an 5. They carry a few but choices are limited. But I do love this store an will continue to shop there.

I enjoy shopping here because the buyer for this store has my taste in style. Since covid though, the clearance section has been sparse and the prices seem a bit higher than usual.
