Honestly, the store and everything else is not bad. Seems to get a ton of foot traffic and has lots to offer. That being said, you'd imagine they could actually afford to update their bathrooms, at least the men's. I have lived in Roanoke for over 12 years and I have never prayed that I don't have to stop and use the restroom at any place until now. For a store like this, someone should be cleaning regularly but the plumbing and toilets also look very dated.

just charged $12 for 1 piece of fish and 3 chicken fingers. was already boxed up, so didn't feel like arguing the point. won't be buying from the deli again.

Bad customer service ,deli has issues,no proper hygiene ,gloves no hair nets preparing food.Wont buy from deli ever .Health dept.needs to addressed.
