This CVS has the nicest staff and the best customer service. Julius is the kindest manager with incredible patience. This has been a very very busy and difficult time and to still have so much compassion for me a stranger, made me so grateful this world has people like Julius. This is why the Sangamore CVS is a great place. It starts at the top. CVS should recognize that it’s employees are invaluable. Appreciate them all.

Each time I go to get my medication from this CVS, Nicholas is always super helpful and professional and discreetly does all the leg work in the back without making it obvious. He goes above and beyond to help me with coupons and makes my visit as comfortable as possible. Overall the entire staff is helpful and kind. Thank you!

I want to thank the management team at the CVS for saving my mother from herself. She is an older woman who was targeted for a scam. She was on the verge of sending a scammer a larger money order and the manager politely dissuaded her from doing it and also made sure that her team learned from the episode. Good work.

Great service! Although the store's lighting is not so great, someone is always there for you at this CVS. Small but nice. A perfect location and product selection for my needs. I highly recommend.

New manager Edith seems to be a breathe of fresh air for this CVS that has historically been a disaster. I hope she turns it around, she seems to be trying.

The pharmacy is woefully understaffed. The manager Edith is very, very competent and keeps her cool among the chaos. I hope that CVS appreciates her. Today I watched as she held things together.

Situation with phone has improved. Pharmacy folks are trying to do a good job but they are overworked. I'm probably going to move my prescriptions to a different store.
