We could not be more pleased with our experience at Ashley furniture outlet. Billy, our sales associate, was knowledgable and friendly. He quickly assessed our needs and led us to precisely what we were looking for. We loved the collection he showed us but were stuck on choosing color and deciding on the dresser vs chest. Billy was not at all pushy, in fact he made us feel very comfortable as we opted to go home with measurements and review our choice further. Upon returning to the store a week later, Billy was off but his manager helped to quickly set up the purchase and delivery. She too was fabulous, as was our delivery team (from communications prior, day of and during set up!). Thank you Ashley, we love this new bedroom set!

i am senior citizen it is sometimes difficult for me to make effective choices when shopping, Makaya was helpful and paid great attention to detail. She took the time to help me make the best choice for my purchase. Truly brings us back to a time where customer service was held to the highest standard !

She was so patience with me especially because I can be very indecisive haha but she was soo sweet and kind and the managers were also so sweet, I just had the most amazing experience!! Went yesterday with my family as they were in need of a new bedroom set. Carlos was our sales guy and he was absolutely amazing! Very professional, patient and great customer service. Him and Fateme went above and beyond to help us and do the most that could’ve been done. We are absolutely amazed by there work ethic and will absolutely be returning. Carlos was helpful with picking out what which pieces of furniture would be best for my family. Heather was very detailed and clear about payment options available. Both of them worked well as a team which made my shopping experience less intimidating with all the options available on the sales floor.

Sal was a huge help with furnishing my new home. He is very knowledgeable about the furnishings and gave us great discounts. Fatima was also very helpful with explaining the delivery process. Outstanding service! Terrell greeted me at the door and let me know I could ask him any questions. He saw me looking at items, and came to explain the signs, pricing, and details. He explained in a way that was easy to understand, and also without sales pressure. This was my first time in this store, and I will definitely return!

Had a rough start to the day but it turned out perfectly. Car wont start and while waiting, browsed the Ashley Furniture Outlet. Was looking for a recliner for my mom. She just had hip surgery and spent the past 2 months in a rehab. She is 93. When the salesman (Sal) in the store heard us, he called us to the back of the store and showed us the perfect recliner! Its a powerlift chair!! It was then reduced even more by the manager (Lindsey). I cannot express how grateful I am for these two people!
