Jai was working the front counter this morning and he suggested a way I could order my drink that made it even better than what I wanted. His customer service and product knowledge is on point. Thank you Jai!

Standard starbucks food / drink. Quiet atmosphere. No drive through option. The staff are kind, efficient, and friendly. Store is clean and bathrooms well maintained.

This renovated Starbucks is absolutely stunning ...except for one thing! The baristas now have a lot of room to work behind the counter but in turn...there's not as much space to sit & enjoy your food & drink inside as it was...before they renovated this location! It has only has one table that seats 4...and 3 tables that seats 2....BUMMER!

I called 30 minutes ahead of placing the mobile order asking if they could write “bride” on the cup to surprise my best friend because it’s her wedding day. She was in the shower at the time so I called then so she wouldn’t know. We were running a bit late but they still remembered to write it on the cup! It was sitting out where she could see it perfect when she walked in. It was so sweet! Very thoughtful and considerate workers. They made the brides morning! 🤍💍👰🏼‍♀

Stopped in for a coffee to-go.
There was inside and outside seating.
The bathroom was nice and the whole place was clean.

The 5 stars mainly come from how friendly the staff were! They were both sweet and smiley.
It was refreshing after the indifferent, at best, service we've gotten at restaurants we've visited around here recently.

I had oatmeal a few times here and it wasn’t really cooked enough. When I brought it up to Caleb, we discussed it a little but the next week he figured out a hotter water source and it’s perfect now. Thanks Caleb for taking my concern seriously!

I really love this location. Each time I’ve come in, I always get greeted with a “good morning!” I don’t usually come in at night, but the morning crew is always so nice! My coffee is always made well and I consistently see baristas making my drinks. Stirring them and making sure the heavy syrup in the bottom is distributed well. I appreciate this location! Thanks Starbucks on Riverstone! Will definitely keep coming back.

Went to get my sister a refresher, and they were so fast I barely got to sit down. And my sister said that the drink was better than usual, so five stars all round.

I love the service at this location Barista was very knowledgeable of the drinks and possible combination for substitutes (lactose), friendly. We'll revisit.

Been coming to this Starbucks for a few months, never had any issues. I always do mobile order & it’s always ready & correct when I walk in. The baristas call you by your name when you pick it up & are very nice. They could hire more baristas but it isn’t the end of the world to wait an extra 5-10 minutes. If it’s that big of a deal make your own coffee or try another store. Saturday’s seem to be the busiest day. It’s hardly ever crowded during the week. Only rude people I’ve encountered have been the customers. The baristas have never been rude. Will continue to use this Starbucks as it’s one of the best ones I’ve been to.

Love the app!! The ordering ahead and the coffee and sandwich waiting for me is wonderful. The service at my particular location is great. My only suggestion is that the location could use a little detail cleaning. Went there 2 days in a row and the same syrup marks were on the service glass by the barista.

Clean shop, friendly, polite, personable employees who always seem to have a smile on their face. They are hands down the BEST STARBUCKS in town. They may not have a drive though but trust me drinks are worth the walk in. Thank You Canton Riverstone Starbucks :)
