Go see Te Darrius he is the best. We went in and spoke with him and he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We kept him in long after they closed two days in a row and it was absolutely not a problem with him. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. He helped us set everything up and he explained to us how everything worked and answered all our questions. He is a great salesman and just the nicest person. Especially during the holiday season. I would recommend him to everyone!

Went in today reluctant to part with my old phone but I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received today from the team at this store… specifically Te Darrius, the sales associate who helped me. He exceeded any expectations that I had. Also made me feel comfortable and assured that everything would be a smooth process switching over. Wow! I think I’d be hard pressed to recall a time I experienced better customer service!!! Gabe went over and above to get us exactly what we needed and even more so, helped us to save money, not just on our current plan, but with some of our outside services as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He gave recommendations without being pushy and provided guidance on how to maximize the most from our services we can get through Verizon. Next time you go into Verizon, be sure to ask for Gabe!!!

Had a great experience getting my daughter her first phone. Love Nahomie. She's hilarious, insightful, and helpful. We laughed the whole time. Give her a raise! And the new guy with the dreads is cuuute. Don't know if that warrants a raise, though 😂

I traded in my phone for a newer version. The wait was Long for the download. But the Service was Excellent, The download/transfer wait was no fault of the employee however? I had a lot of material on my phone to transfer. I highly recommend this location very professional, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, handled multi tasking well. I was impressed! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

While the VZW app and third-party vendors showed no inventory, store manager Brent Henson promptly provided product from store stock (without an appointment) 😁 💯

I was at your store today needed an appointment! My husbands phone broke! Needed a new one! The lady was wonderful! She did her job! Knowledgeable, polite, professional,she was very nice! Said the way I knew it has all changed be of the virus! Met me outside! Because of the dreaded virus! They all 4 people wore masks! So did I! My dad and I came to this location on Sunday, Oct 12th. I got my phone upgrade and every single employee was so lively and friendly! Lauren was the associate that helped us and I think this woman needs a raise, she was great and held great conversation while we took care of the purchase &buying process.

I hardly go to the Verizon store but i definitely know a good customer service rep when I meet them and Don was the best! It was so hot outside and Don was very pleasant and patient with me while he explained to be things regarding my account! If and when I need to come back, he’ll be my first choice to work with. Thanks Don!!

We were in the Canton Store on Saturday, Nov. 20th to upgrade my daughter's phone. Our Rep was CAROLINE...and I can't say how professional, knowledgeable and friendly she was to us.

She greeted us with her eyes smiling and a big hello...we couldn't see her mouth but knew she was smiling at us by her eyes.
She listened to our needs, quickly reviewed our account, provided us with great information about the phones, current deals, bundles, accessories, and overall product knowledge. She made our upgrade experience so nice and easy and was very timely. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into doing anything - and she even walked us out, opened the door for us and chatted with us for a bit in the cold that Saturday morning.

It was a VERY GOOD experience for us - including my 13 year old daughter who has the attention span of, well, a 13 year old. :) :)

I have worked for corporate america for over 20 years...she is hands down the epitomy of customer service and is someone I would want on my team. Her interpersonal skills, knowledge of the product and work ethic are to be commended. I would want her as an advocate for my company.

Ryan is awesome!

My Fiancée and I had a somewhat complicated issue that Ryan was able to take care of very quickly and seamlessly.

He was also instrumental in my decision to purchase a new tablet, which I didn't even plan on purchasing prior to my visit to the store. He informed us of a sale they were having on that particular tablet, which was absolutely too good of a deal to pass up on, and with the approval of his manager he was also able to waive some fees.

Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable and bright young man with a wonderful attitude. It was an absolute pleasure to have him take care of us!

This experience was very refreshing, to say the least. Especially when you consider the fact that we are living in a world today where most people either don't want to, or know how to, do their job.
