CVS

I was very happy with pharmacy services. Everyone was kind, considerate and patient. Yes their phone is forever on hold but in person they helped me out with my insurance that would not go through and then had my prescriptions ready the same night. This is compared to me struggling the entire week with another pharmacy who couldn’t even get my insurance right and were not nice.

Friendly, accommodating pharmacy staff, and my mother loves the pharmacist named Walt. He is always friendly, helpful, and answers all of her questions and concerns with kindness and patience.💗

There is a night and day difference between this location and Macon Road. The people at this one are friendly,they answer the phone and they fill prescriptions In a timely manner. I transferred all of my prescriptions over from Macon Road and that was the best decision I could have made.

CVS on Hilton Ave in Columbus ga always have what I need and the atm don’t charge my card lol but other than that cvs has good service and great workers I’ll be going there a lot literally

I came in to the store and Jeannie went out of her way to help me. She was so sweet, kind, and helpful. Her customer service and professional attitude made my experience great. I'll be switching my prescriptions there. Thank you CVS for hiring such a caring person.

Great communication and service at the pharmacy side! Although it is a little annoying to call and try to talk to a person, once you are through they are super helpful. My prescriptions have always been filled quickly and the Techs are always great with any questions I have.

first , I would like to address the impatient ones. The pharmacist has to check with the doctor to make sure he/she wrote the prescription before filling it. How many times must this happen? every script! Second step , filling the script all that has come in and been checked. third calling / notifying you. I KNOW CVS Pharmacists are doing an excellent job, considering they get swamped with scripts at all hours of each and EVERY day!! On a scale of 1 - 10 I give them 15. SO if you are that impatient go elsewhere, your wait WILL be a lot longer. Thank you

I love this pharmacy! Sometimes the wait is a little longer (however i'm sure that is due to the fact that they're one of few 24/7 pharmacies in columbus, and they're RIGHT NEXT TO A HOSPITAL) but they're always so friendly! Very helpful and efficient. I will always use this pharmacy!

Great Customer Service, Friendly Staff. I have frequently visited this store over years and had very good experiences. Today I stopped in to visit the pharmacy and was so impressed I had to express it!

The pharmacist went the extra mile to assist with my medications. He was very friendly, fast and courteous. The store was very clean

They do great for the amount of people they have. You do not need people that call out all the time that mess up the business for days.
