Smoke Up

I love both of the Smoke Up stores here in Winchester. They’re the only two vape stores I go into in town. Their customer service is awesome. And the owner Khaled is a really great guy. He and his employees are always helpful and awesome to talk to.

If you want to earn points when you spend money this is the place. Store credit, free glass, 5%(or more) off purchase. Every face you see is friendly and if they don’t have an answer to your question they will look it up. Hard working folks that will go beyond for you.

My experience with this Business is nothing short of EXCELLENT. And I am a picky person that does not write reviews for anyone. And also NOT EVEN A PERSON THAT FREQUENTS smoke shops. But as far a a business goes these guys got it going on and run a great one. They are local, Family Owned and operated, and very nice and knowledgeable people. I say business because they own smoke up AND smoke up 2 both in Winchester one off Rt 11 and one off 81 exit 315… I recommend to everyone i know not to shop for Vape, Smoke, other items anywhere but with these guys because they have such a nice collection. Better prices and better customer service than anyone in the same game. And I hope anyone that sees this takes my word and shops with them too!!!

This place is fantastic. This is one of the only smoke shops in Winchester I don’t ever receive faulty disposables from!! A great range of flavors and great wrapping paper as well! I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t before 😌

This place is amazing. I buy one specific vape and when all the other vape store ran out and didn't have it I called here and the guy said they didn't have it then about five mins later I got a call back saying that they did. How awesome is that?? Thanks again

Definitely the best head shop in Winchester and it's still new so that's a plus. Good prices but would like to see them stick with the Tsunami type quality they have and get rid of the cheap stuff. There are plenty of Huts around that sells the same cheap glass. But they do have the best prices on the cheap glass. I'd really like to see this place go more moderate to high end because there are absolutely none around unless you want to go to Charlie's in Charles Town. I've personally been to hundreds of head shops and I like this shop and it's got a lot of potential.

Update. A lot more selection. Much more. It's nice to see new products, even if they are more novelty than useful. They make great gifts for like minded individuals. Good Tsumani glass pieces, not so much the larger pieces but the smaller pieces have risen. Being a former glass distributor I know a lot of that is coming from the manufacturer. I'd like to see the butane prices cheaper. But to be fair, everybody charges astronomical prices on butane.

Outstanding smoke shop and easily the best prices in the area. The staff is always very respectful and are incredibly friendly. Absolutely gorgeous quality glass, rewards, and an amazing selection of anything you could possibly want or need. I highly recommend visiting.

Biggest selection in VA. Lit with amazing lights,very friendly staff,an all the latest products. I highly recommend stopping by an checking them out.

This place is my go to smoke shop for plenty of reasons. They have a huge variety of disposable vapes with great prices and the customer service is top notch. Also the girl that works there named Mercedes gave me a great deal while also being extremely helpful and sweet.

Awesome shop with great prices on everything! The owner and staff are so helpful and friendly, really knowledgeable too, helped me get the perfect vape set up, and bought some really good glass for less than the other places in Winchester. They also have a rewards program so I ended up saving more, only smoke shop I've been to that does rewards. Love this place it's like a one stop shop! 10/10 would highly recommend Smoke Up! This store is the best. Best prices around but even if they don't, they price match local stores. The owner is an absolute peach of a person and the staff is always willing to give recommendations and chat/teach if you need help in a non-judgmental way. Not to mention their glass selection is impeccable. The store is huge and spacious. If you have things you want they will try to order them for you if it's possible. Overall, I won't go anywhere else.

Was a clean and professional experience. Great staff with excellent knowledge of products and very helpful. Floor plan was just right for all the products. Good deals on a variety of vape gear and e-liquid. If you are a vaper in the area make sure to stop in and get some good deals.

Best customer service of any tobacco or head shop that I have experienced. The Staff is very knowledgeable about products and details, and the owner is extremely friendly and makes customers feel welcome… The real thing to talk about and the reason to go hear though is the prices. The prices on glass here are FAR better than any place you are going to find in Winchester! Also the price on CBD, Delta, and Kratom products are a lot lower than anywhere else i have ever found! Also a great selection of products at this store!

Best vape shop in the area. Aaron is super friendly and personable. The owner is equally helpful. When I asked for an item that was out of stock he assured it would be in the next order and would hold one for me.
