I had an interior light housing and bracket replaced. The job took about 1 hour. I was greeted by Kevin and Todd in service. When the repair was done the mechanic/tech took some time to explain the issue and the repair, Great Customer service from the beginning to the end! Great Job!

I spoke to Jason Johnson at length about the models I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable and offered insight I didn't think to ask about. I work in customer service and always appreciate someone who will not push you to buy the product - Jason, although thorough and proud of the brand, didn't push or pester. I am now on my third Nissan and couldn’t be happier with tri-state. I filled out an application online, talked to a wonderful man named Mike Brown, and he got me the best bang for my buck. He made the process easy and painless.

I watched Bob take care of a young lady whose tires were bald and she needed new tires. We had a storm today and it was raining like crazy. He practically pleaded with her to take a loaner, something with good safe tires until she could get new ones put on the next day, there or elsewhere it didn’t matter. Of course she took it and will come back tomorrow to get new tires. He earned two customers today, both her and me. And to think we just came in for inspections! Good man Bob and I hope everyone gives service like him the next time I come in

Angel and Kevin took great care in helping me with my New Rogue purchase. They listened to what I wanted and I drove away happy customer. Also, Angel worked with me over the phone prior so when I arrived at the dealership I signed my papers and out the door in less than an hour.

I did not know why my tire sensor light would not turn off so I brought it to Nissan. Bob came over to me immediately and took the car in to find out the problem. He kept me posted on the issue and what the options were. His customer service is outstanding and my car was fixed and ready to go very quickly. As long as Bob is at Nissan I will continue to be a regular customer!
