CVS

Very clean, friendly service and staff. My only complaint is about the pharmacist Carissa. She is just a rude and unhappy person. The only reason my review is a 5 star is because I don't want to punish the other staff members. Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions, she always has an attitude. But to everybody else, amazing job.

Wow, I am amazed by how helpful all the employees in this store were! Two employees helped me navigate the photo printing process. I needed A LOT of help and they were so patient. I also asked the pharmacy about an OTC inhaler since I left mine at home out of state. They looked up my prescription and filled it for me! I have never had as exceptional service from a drug store. I hope all the employees know how appreciated they are.

I have 2 favorites one is whitney and can't remember bis name. But they are the best. Very helpful.

Our family has used CVS on Valley Avenue for 20 years. If you use CVS I would recommend signing up for CVS Caremark. It cost $5 a month, but you get $10 a month to spend and you get 20% off CVS health products.

The pharmacy here is phenomenal. I was passing through Winchester when my baby girl (she's 10 but still my baby) wasn't feeling well. We stopped at Winchester Urgent Care and got 3 prescriptions. We headed to this CVS and they didn't have one of the meds. They spent the next 10 minutes calling local and not so local CVS's looking for this med and even called their competitors, Walgreens! That's dedication to your customers. Since no one had this med the pharmacist called the prescribing doctor and requested a different med for us. Above and beyond doesn't so them credit in this situation. Once again, phenomenal!

As for the mention below of kids working here, a pharmacy tech that was assisting the pharmacist was great, as well. Dedication to her job and actual care for the customers. Thanks, Brittany!

Pharmacy staff was really busy but they took the time to help everyone as quickly as they could. Very professional and pleasant. I truly appreciated the care they took. Thank you!

This cvs pharmacy has the absolute best staff there very efficient and always get my medication ready before the time its due there very attentive and they all truly care about there customers ... this is the only cvs i will even go too .. they gave me a discount card and im saving over100$ a month on meds im only paying 44 dollars a month compared to almost two .there wonderful

My experience was quick and easy. I was able to find the item in which I was searching for with no effort by reading the descriptive aisle markers.

Friendly and efficient. They do sell out fast!
