Austin was super helpful with my first ever car buying experience, he was someone who I felt was very trustworthy and honest as well as patient throughout the entire process. He was quick to answer any questions, and offered up information I wouldn’t have even known to seek out to help me in my search for a car. I felt as though he wasn’t just a salesman looking to sell, more of a person just trying to help. :) If I had anyone else I probably would’ve left without a car lol. Highly recommend you ask for him!

Great people to work with. We've lived in the area for some 47 years, bought a car in the early 80's in town but have not been able to find a dealer we could work with since until now. We've bought in Sterling, Fairfax and Chantilly it felt good to find someone right here that listened and found the deal we wanted.

Buying a new vehicle can be scary and stressful at times. It can be overwhelming and tiring. Welp, at Malloy Ford of Winchester, it still was, but all in good ways. The whole crew that helped us was amazing. Even a few interactions with other team members were great. We drove 2 hours to buy our Suburban from them and it was totally worth it. This is a Professional Company and would most definitely purchase a vehicle from them. Mary, the Director of Finance actually improved my interest and car rate that I had. Actually got more for my money. Mary and her staff, Summer and Christa work together and are very kind, friendly and eager to do what it takes to get you in the vehicle that you chose to purchase. Went in for an oil change. They not only changed the oil and filter, but rotated the tires , checked the brakes and gave the truck the 'once over'. No complaints. The counter employees definitely know the meaning of "customer service". Which is rare in this day and age.

Bought a new F250 SD, the salesman Kyler was very informative and personable. We hit a few snags trying to get the truck I wanted from a different Ford dealer and Ricky the sales manager remedied the issue. Closing was very smooth, Summer was pleasant and closed the deal with no hassle.

Dropped off my Truck for a Multi-Point Inspection and Virginia State Inspection on Thanksgiving Day 2023, used the after-hours drop off. I was called Friday Morning and everything was explained to me in detail. I was able to pick the truck up in the early afternoon, a satisfied customer.
