Food Lion

Let me tell you this Store will continue to get my business.
Last night a woman was struggling to get to her vehicle in the pouring rain. A staff member ran out to assist the customer with an umbrella. She not only got the customer in their vehicle, but then put the rest of the groceries in the back of the vehicle while the customer got in the dry vehicle. This goes way and above and for the worker to willing get wet to help is what companies are missing today! Well Done!

I've never really been a Food Lion patron/fan at all, but I REALLY like this location! The deli section/hot food isn't really great, but that's my only real complaint. This place is really easy to access, has a great selection of grocery items, and a pretty nice beer/wine section. It's never really crowded here, the employees are respectful, and the store is always really clean!

Staff that strives to enrich the lives of our community, and a store's ultimate priority is to give an excellent shopping experience. Nice people. Produce is much fresher, then the W store and the staff will answer questions rather than walk by or away. Use the Walmart app to check the prices, add in the price of driving across town, and the frustration of traffic, and you'll find Food Lion will save you money and the cost of aspirin. 😆 Bud Light's not selling there either.

We love all the staff here! I absolutely love how everyone treats us like family. We have never had a problem and prefer to shop here than anyplace else. Plus there is always some kind of sale going on so that is a bonus.

This is one of the best grocery stores I've ever been to. I find myself here often at night, and it doesn't feel unsafe or anything. And as a woman, that's really important to me while shopping late at night.

It's a good clean place you can most often the time get in and out pretty quick

Went in on Thanksgiving day to take some items to a family dinner. I have never been in this particular store, but plan to shop here more frequently in the near future. Store is clean, wide aisles, and seems to have more items than the other stores. Staff was helpful in helping locate an item I couldn't find.

This store is bringing back customer with the changes in produce and is loving it. Fresh fruit and vegetables every thing is being checked for out of dates and this is good for the customers. New store manager, New produce manager come find out about the buzz at food lion. Juices filled and salad wall and dressing checked.

Clean, friendly ,organized and everything I needed was in stock. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor,he was the only one working in a actual checkout line, I know he was probably tired as he had stated it was busy all day. But he did not complain and kept a smile on his face

I visited your location on 12/23, after going to three stores I finally came to Food Lion. I asked a young lady what at the time was stocking the shelves to look for some elbow noodles. she came back rather quickly and told me there was none in the store.
I was kind of sad because I was in desperate need for elbow noodles for Christmas. A young man by the name of Isaac asked me was everything OK and I said no, I don’t know what I’m going to do everyone is out of elbow noodles and I won’t be able to make macaroni.
Isaac said, give me a minute he went back there, not only did he bring me three boxes of elbow noodles he brought back two cases of elbow noodles. So other customers and myself were rather pleased. Thank you Isaac for saving our Christmas.

Today someone hit me in the parking lot. Two employees witnessed this happen and let me know. They also kept an eye out at the front of the store, while performing their jobs. SIERRA and JEREMIAH were the two employees that looked out for me today. I was so impressed by how kind and helpful they were. They are truly an example of how to be kind and decent.

Adequate parking space, clean store (inside and outside). My family and I were greeted from the outside to the inside. Every employee, from the stock floor to the front end, were helpful, friendly, and kept a smile upon their face. Employees engaged in friendly conversations with my family and I. I don't know the area too well because I was briefly visiting. My in and out trip turned into an hour and a half of grocery shopping. The prices were reasonable, the products were presentable. There were items that were out of stock, but for every department, there stood an employee stocking. Also if the product was out, an employee informed us on when it was due to be restocked. The restrooms were clean and fresh. Hand sanitizer was available for shoppers. We visited every department except deli. We live an hour and 20 minutes away and are already reconsidering revisiting next month for our next shopping trip. I work at one of my local supermarkets, have been there for years and I support Food Lion from miles away. So, if you want quality with budget, Food Lion is the store for you! Also, special thanks to cashiers, Tom and Madeline (Maddie) for going over and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

It's clean. The food is the same as at Kroger or Publix, but cheaper. The staff is nice. The deals are great. Get the MVP app. I've been in a few times and have already saved almost $20. I like saving money on things I already buy.

Excellent. This particular Food Lion is always clean and the employees are extra helpful. The lady in customer service tonight was so helpful, she told me exactly where to find the protein powder. I was amazed.

I go to several different food lions and they all have great service, this is one of my favorite stores

I honestly don't know why the reviews for this store are so low, the clientele seem to want filet mignon for the price of a street hot dog. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff is excellent. Barbara the store manager along with her cashiers all go above and beyond. Great staff, clean facility and fair pricing. Thanks for all you guys do!

Store is Always well stopped and the people are very warm and courteous.
