Ariana was extremely helpful with my families upgrades and purchases, helped all the way through with the data transfer and any questions we had. Also was very knowledgeable about specific deals on items and warranty info which made making accessory choices easy

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and took a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with him.

Jay from Langhorne store covering this Warrington location on a busy Sunday. I walked in to get my recently transferred phone fixed. He had two people waiting while finishing up on another customer. Four more customers came in. Got me in and out while helping two other people at the same time. Jay stayed calm and professional in a stressful situation when he was the only one working. Thank you Jay. Hope you get a raise, promotion or at least some recognition for your hard work, efficient customer service and professionalism.

We had a great experience at this store! My husband and I were both there to upgrade our phones and the staff made the process easy and pretty quick. Kenyatta was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. A second team member jumped right in to help us when Kenyatta needed to step away for a minute, and she was just as helpful!

Another really awesome experience at this ATT authorized seller location. I'm going to note before I even start the review for people reading, THIS LOCATION IS NOT A COPORATE STORE! They are very limited on the type of things they can do for account updates, software and hardware issues etc. If you need actual att, you need to go to willow grove mall, or the store in Montgomery by Buckman ski. I say this first because during my encounter not less than 4 people walked in for issues this store could not resolve .

That being said...

We had a great experience at the store last week. Kevin was the only employee at the time and did an incredible job juggling multiple people who walked in and helping us until his coworker arrived. We came in to trade a decade old phone for the Samsung deal, and port my husband over from another company. It was a huge PITA (because of the other company) and despite how long it was taking, Kevin was super nice and accommodating. Not once did he make us feel like we were an annoyance. And honestly, I probably would have been frustrated after awhile.

I've said it before, it really is a pleasure going to this location for any upgrade and sales needs. They are all so very nice, professional and pleasant.

Kenyetta made this a really easy experience. He was well versed, understanding and totally professional. Helped me get the best deal possible. Not often am I able to deal with att and have a positive experience. But this was one of them.

Edited to Add: After my phone arrived in the mail 2 days after ordering in the store, I came back to set the phone up. Kevin helped me and was equally as awesome as Kenyetta. Will def recommend this location to all my att friends .

I walked in and within an hour, I left with my new phone, and everything setup when I left. My customer service support Ariana, was incredibly fast and got me taken care of immediately. 10/10 Experience.

Ariana made the purchase of 2 new phones very easy. She was able to address all of our issues. Very knowledgeable.

Kenyatta went above and beyond to help me! What a terrific young man ! He possesses a great deal of patience and knowledge that he presents to customers . I’m a senior citizen and he spent a lot of time with me responding to any questions or concerns I had about my new phone. In my opinion he is indeed a great asset to your company! Thank you!

I had a great experience while getting a new phone. Scott was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the phones and different features. He made it a very positive experience and got me out of there with a new phone in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that has phone issues.

I came to this store with my parents and Kenyatta helped us switch to AT&T and upgrade our phones. He was SO kind and patient. Gave us all the information we needed and let us make the decision that made the most sense - he did not push us to make any decisions. We had such a good time and pleasant experience working with Kenyatta. I would recommend this store to anyone. These guys know what they are doing and are such a pleasure to work with.

The employees that work at creekview are amazing. They told us the latest deals, were extremely kind and efficient. Will definitely come back. Thank you again to Gabriel and his coworker, that we unfortunately missed his name. He helped us with buying our new phone.

Kevin, yet again, was amazing. Went above and beyond. Even when it looked like I wasn't going to be able to resolve my issue, he found a way. You don't find employees like this guy often. I'm so glad I stopped in Warrington a location instead of right to willow grove as usual. Both guys working Sunday evening were awesome. Attentive. Engaging. And even though I am not knowledgeable and my situation sucked at the moment, they were comfortable and relaxed and real. Let me know my options, even the truth of the less favorable options and lucky for me, also showed me that the less favorable was already a last resort in Kevin's mind. Between iPhones and pixels and phone lines, we discussed the awesome playlist, calculator watches and California raisins. Felt more like a hang out than it did a phone sale. I thank both gentlemen for giving me their time and listening and really coming through for me.
You know you found good people when an upsetting situation becomes laughable and somehow, a blessing in disguise. Goodbye google pixel!!...FOR.....EV....EEERRRRR!!! Now I have a new favorite store to pop in and buy accessories for my iPhone ;-)

The employee (named Ilter) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find the phone that was most appropriate to my needs and didn’t just try to upsell me to the most expensive one like so often happens. He was patient with my questions and helped me fix some confusing things on my monthly bill. Will definitely go back there in the future.
